Something that should have taken no longer than three weeks has gone well over three months. Not sure why it's taking long since they routinely send out two guys to do the same job after each tiny portion of work is done incorrectly by first crew. They sent guys to do a flooring and didn't order enough materials - utter incompetence.. Had guys try to start work that wasn't approved due to lack of progress on first portion of the project. Lack of communication was inexcusable- expecting us to remain on standby in case they show up to work for a few hours, then not showing up at all. Lack of respect all around. Our doors were left open while they worked in our home and it ended up full of flies twice. They failed to secure our residence when leaving the home. They never laid paper down nor wore construction booties to protect our living space, so they tracked dust and mess everywhere. Came home to construction noise only, then had workers think it was okay to playing music and singing along. Had doors labeled "do not enter" and workers opened doors and entered rooms anyway. They left our lights on and we asked them to make sure they are turned off. They turned on extra lights and continue to leave them on each time. They worked here. When they would book an appointment to review their work and have things fixed that were still wrong, they never showed up on time. Their lack of professionalism, lack of common courtesy, utter disregard for customer private spaces and home sanctity is mind boggling. I don't recommend this company at all.

As a homeowner, this is the place you want to do your plumbing repairs. They replaced the entire section and connection that was nearby the degraded pipe. Makes sense that the connection a few inches from the hole was going to have problems next *thank you for thinking ahead*. She was assured that everyone carries booties, so it would be no problem to honor the request. When the service guy showed up, he didn't have booties. He agreed to take his boots off to take the initial look, but said he would need to wear his boots to continue the work. My partner requested he wear booties, and he pushed back, questioning the logic of the request. My partner was polite when she reiterated her request that booties be worn over his boots. He went back to his van to call his office, and the, he opted not to continue with the appointment and suggested she go to someone else to do the work because he could not be bothered to honor the request to wear booties over his work boots. Bottom line: When setting up the appointment, my partner requested whoever did the work wear booties over their shoes. This is not an outrageous request. To then be told go get someone else to do the work for something that was arranged WHEN the appointment was made? Seems like a bad business model, and quite disrespectful to the customer.

Greg was assigned to my service request and did arrive on time. However, his overall demeanor was unfriendly and unprofessional, especially for someone in a customer-facing role. Shortly after he arrived, my daughter experienced a sudden medical emergency--a seizure, her first ever. I was in the next room calling 911 while emergency responders arrived. It was an extremely stressful and urgent situation. I have no doubt he could hear me screaming her name and calling emergency services. About 10 paramedics came stomping down my short hallway. It was quite the commotion. Before leaving with my daughter in the ambulance, I briefly let Greg know he could continue the work if needed. His response was: "Make sure your dogs are locked up. I don't want to be bit." My dogs were locked up when he arrived and he knew that. Given the circumstances, this felt incredibly lacking in awareness and basic human empathy. I understand safety concerns, but the timing and delivery of that comment were inappropriate. I rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience stood out for all the wrong reasons and this guy shouldn't be entering any one's home.

I was scheduled for replacing two toilets for the next day with a ONE hour appointment window. No sitting around all day. The plumber called that morning because of a cancelation asking if he could move up the appointment time. He was very polite, wore booties in the house, and did excellent work. She was very kind and polite. The plumber, Justin, came out promptly on time. He made sure to put water-proof booties over his shoes and brought a rug-type pad to put on the porch in order to keep from tracking anything into my house. Impressive! He checked out my water heater, did some maintenance and gave me some advice on keeping it clean from deposits. He didn't charge me for this! Since then I've had him out to do some other maintenance on my faucets and his prices are very reasonable. He's my go-to guy for all of my plumbing needs. Fast, professional, prompt, friendly..... I've had two call outs and three projects handled by Accurate. The first time I called them because…read morethey are one of the few that can do a locate and help find where a leak is occurring. When they came to my house to do that it was so obvious during the test that the leak location was found very quickly and with very little of their gas being used. Even though the estimate and agreed upon price for that service was higher they charged me less than we agreed on and also got me scheduled to have their guys come fix it. They told me they could get access without using a vacuum truck which would result in my not only paying for that equipment but then having to purchase dirt to refill the hole it would create. Quickly two guys were dispatched to my house, they dug up the bad pipe and patched it with putting in a little detour to avoid the issue that caused it to break in the first place. My second dealing with them was through my home warranty company. When I saw Accurate was assigned I was elated to know a qualified person would be handling it and I could expect it to be fixed right without me having to argue with the warranty company for hours. They came and assessed that I needed a new water heater and also helped address a leaky drain in my kitchen sink. It took the warranty company a few days to approve the claim and then Accurate worked hard to expedite getting me back on the schedule to do the work. The plumber that came back, Matt, was the same one that came to do the pipe from the locate job. He remembered some of the things we discussed and I enjoyed chatting with him while he fixed the issues. The work was done right the first time and in a very friendly manner. Everyone I've encountered from Accurate has been professional, kind, and I've felt as if they treated my home and projects with the same amount of care and respect as they would on their own homes or a family members. When Matt saw my drain was cross threaded and the appropriate piece wouldn't attach correctly he replaced the entire drain instead of the one part that actually needed it in order to the job right, not just get it done. I wouldn't hesitate to call Accurate for any future plumbing issues that come up and certainly hope if I put in any more claims on the home warranty that they are the ones assigned to the ticket.
