The HUD answers she gave (although she confirmed she doesn't do fair housing work in her private practice now) were so on point that I wanted to leave this review 45% for that. Second, talk about a small world. After finding out one particular result of a conversation we had about HUD was so very, very accurate, I glanced at her Instagram page and saw a familiar face. I thought I was imagining it at first. It turned out that she'd taken a photo with my Realtor who was responsible for me buying the condo I did. Talk about Chicago being so big and so small at the same time. Considering what I know of the months-long work with my Realtor, these two networking together makes absolute sense. Third, without me asking her to, she made an introduction to an incredibly kind and informative attorney (who I will rate later) who could help me with HOA/COA needs. If I hadn't talked to her, I'm fairly certain it may have taken me much longer to find this other attorney because (for whatever reason) he wasn't on my original search list. So I can't thank her enough.

I asked them to send someone else. I loved the second cleaner and had her for the longest time and she randomly stopped coming. They never even told me if they fired her or she left. I asked them to please not send anyone else besides her because she was the only one who did a good job. After a few times of her not showing up (they pretended she was just sick and kept sending other people) they had to fess up that she no longer worked there. Every person besides this one girl did horrible work. The company has so much turnover that I believe they also have bad working conditions. I think the owners pocket most of the money and pay their employees poorly which is why they cannot retain staff. I clearly wrote in the messages (screenshot attached below) that I cancelled service. They will do anything not to wrong their rights or help their customers. The cleaner literally admitted to me her vacuum was broken and the owner then claimed that was a lie and it worked fine. I then vacuumed myself with my own vacuum because I didn't want to leave my house so filthy after paying to have a poor job done. What pictures can I send if I already did YOUR job? You guys are a disgrace for a company LOL so go ahead and pretend that you cancelled me when you can see the text below showing I cancelled. Now I had to hire a new company which is very annoying but much better than dealing with the 2 rude owners of this place. Believe me-you can see all my reviews since I started using Yelp. It is very rare that I write a bad review and it is only with good reason. I would rather keep a cleaning company I have a multi year relationship with vs find someone new but they DO NOT care about keeping happy clients or employees. I feel bad for all the women cleaners who work here because they are underpaid and overworked. The ownership is AWFUL. Do yourself a favor and just find someone else. I have now hired Purific Cleaning Solutions and they are already 1000% times better at communicating than Get Clean. As soon as I use them I will write a review so you can see some other options. Get Clean is so rude and money hungry. Original Review: I am SO over this company. After 3 years I am finally cutting the cord. Anna and John are so unprofessional and do not care about customer service. All the workers are very sweet but they don't stay with the company due to the horrible management practices. I have been thinking about getting a new company for a while but it's been easier to just have them come biweekly. I had Ohla who was the BEST ever. She stopped working there and they didn't tell me until after sending someone to my house that I didn't know or approve. Today they sent someone new again and they didn't have a working vacuum. Mine was not charged so they couldn't even finish the job. I reached out to Anna and she said that they take care of their vacuums so it's not possible that the rug wasn't clean. I had to vacuum the house myself and asked them for a discount on my next service. She asked for photos and I said I already cleaned it myself when the cleaner left. I pay EXTRA to have them come with all the equipment and supplies. They just do what they want and do NOT care about customer service. Instead of calling me and trying to resolve Anna basically just said "okay cancel". After 3 years this is how you treat your customers? Okay I will make sure everyone in Chicago knows you guys have horrible business practices and treat your employees and customers like garbage. This is not the first time I have had issues with them but I have let a lot go. You guys should be ashamed of yourself. Don't even care enough to pick up the phone and talk to your customers just cancel and be rude via text. DO not use this company. It's not worth the headache even though they do have a few employees who do a good job. (Must have left due to the owners) When I have more time I will be adding more screenshots of rude texts I have received from them.

My husband and I hired Nancy to assist my mother in organizing (years worth of clutter) and downsizing before a long distance move. We live in Florida and could only do so much on our trips back and forth and Nancy was the glue that held things together in what was a very overwhelming situation for my mother. Nancy worked closely with our whole family and went above and beyond what we expected. She is kind, patient, positive, respectful, and just an all around pleasure to work with. She was excellent with my mother, who is older and suffers from cognitive loss and she really rolled her sleeves up and got the work done.... helping my mom sort through all her possessions, connecting us to a paper shredding company for destroying years worth of unnecessary paper, helping get appraisals for valuable items before the move, organizing for furniture to be taken by an auction house, making many trips to haul donations to the Salvation Army, shipping items to me in Florida, helping with the movers on moving day... the list goes on. Her help was worth every penny and without her things would not have gone nearly as smoothly. Nancy gave us something I didn't expect during this difficult transition and that was peace of mind. We are extremely grateful, thank you Nancy!!!
