The gentleman at the front desk was very rude and told me that they don't do appointments and I actually was supposed to drop off my car anytime between 7:30am-9:30am and that 9:33am was too late and they would not take my car. He was not professional or nice about it either. This was very confusing as I did not receive any information of the two hour window. The reason I am actually typing a favorable review is because I just got off the phone with them after forgetting the clear vinyl "buttons" that got between the glass and wood. I won't be able to get there during business hours due to my work schedule so Holly said she'd put a few in an envelope and leave them for me, outside, so I could pick them up later.
