That cinched my decision! As soon as he arrived and tried to pry open the back of my computer, I suggested he take the screws out first. That should have been my first clue. But again, those great reviews.... He took out the power box and we ordered together, a new one. He took my computer home to finish the 'repair' when the new boxe arrived. When he received the new power box, he told me it worked for 5 seconds then the computer again turned off. My original problem was my computer just shut down. So he said it might be the motherboard which he doesn't do repairs on, AND he said 'to tell you the truth, I don't think it'd be worth it to put money into it to fix it." NOTE: My computer is a great computer, above the average home computer. It's 5 years old. I asked him to bring me back my computer with the 2 power boxes, the original one and the new one. He brought it back to me a few days later, no power box installed and only one of the screws to hold the back of the computer was there. :( Long story short, ha, I told him I would be getting a 2nd opinion. The next day I took it to another person and he fixed it within a couple of hours. He said, the place you plug in the power box, the pins were bent and the casing cracked with a small piece broken off. He was able to straighten the pins and get the new power box in and the computer works great! I can assure you, the pins were not bent when Mr. Coppens took my computer.

I brought my wife's laptop in about two weeks ago to get the mousepad fixed, our dog jumped on it…read moreand it no longer functions properly. Upon bringing it in, Roger charged me 160$ for a "motherboard level repair". I accepted it hoping that it would cover the entire job or at least most of it after repairs. Now about 3 days ago I had not heard anything from them yet so I call and they can't even recall that I brought it in to begin with. After I gave Roger all of my info that tied me to the laptop, he says he will call me back and never does. The next day I show up and he tells me it is completely taken apart and he is trying to determine what part it needs to be repaired and how much more it will cost for me. He promised to give me all the info I need by the next day. The day after that I call and he texts me back rather than answering the phone. After telling him who I am he no longer responds to my message. Today I picked up my laptop extremely unsatisfied with my experience here. To pay 160 dollars up front for my laptop to sit around and be forgotten is unacceptable. The customer service and lack thereof on Roger's part is also unacceptable. I will never bring another electronic here again and I would highly recommend that nobody else does either. I'm also fairly certain they never touched my laptop to begin with. None of the screws have any signs of being touched and the information he gave me seemed like he was making it up.

I made a call to Hugo, and he answered within the first couple of seconds. I explained to Hugo the issue we are having and was hoping he could come by today (on such short notice) and fix the issue. Thankfully, Hugo was able to stop by today and fix the issue! Hugo even showed us how to fix the issue if it were to happen again. Our phones are back up in running.
