After I gave Roger all of my info that tied me to the laptop, he says he will call me back and never does. The next day I show up and he tells me it is completely taken apart and he is trying to determine what part it needs to be repaired and how much more it will cost for me. He promised to give me all the info I need by the next day. The day after that I call and he texts me back rather than answering the phone. After telling him who I am he no longer responds to my message. Today I picked up my laptop extremely unsatisfied with my experience here. To pay 160 dollars up front for my laptop to sit around and be forgotten is unacceptable. The customer service and lack thereof on Roger's part is also unacceptable. I will never bring another electronic here again and I would highly recommend that nobody else does either. I'm also fairly certain they never touched my laptop to begin with. None of the screws have any signs of being touched and the information he gave me seemed like he was making it up.

I'm very satisfied with his services he knows what he's doing! Its about week since that day, all is still working . He also added access points so my wifi is no dependent on the router in my upstairs closet. I have now have several wifi access points down stairs. Second Experience---- I called him back today to see if he could help me connect one of my printers in the house to my personal laptop cause i was tired of having to "TEMPORARILY" print my stuff from another computer in the house- During his 1st visit Hugo mentioned he could do it remotely.
