Good lawn guys are hard to find and we found 'em! Before, our yard was once again an overgrown mess due to people not showing up or leaving in the middle of a job. I came home one day to a 'free estimate' card from tech 1 on my front porch. We called right away and Alain and his brother came over to take a look and had the yard in tip top shape the very next day! They are reliable, flexible and super nice! We're very happy with their service and definitely would recommend! read more

Tech 1 is amazing. Responsive, knowledgeable about "good" plants and "bad" plants. They have transformed my jungle with ease. Words can't express how grateful I am that the company just came in and cleaned everything up in a flash. And they took care to maintain the integrity of the existing landscaping. The crew is efficient, helpful and friendly. I am so happy to have found Tech 1! read more

Was able to come out the next day. The price was very reasonable. He did the work in quickly and did exactly what I asked. Couldn't ask for more. Excellent price, excellent service and customer service. I would definitely recommend him to a friend and will use him again for landscaping services. read more

Tech 1 Landscaping was there at the drop of a hat when I need last minute landscaping. I had been out of town for weeks and my yard was a MESS! August in Miami is hot and rainy and my quaint yard became a serious jungle. I had a last minute meeting at my home and I could not let anyone see my yard in such condition. I called 4 other landscaping services and I was literally hung up on three of the four times and the other business wasn't even a working number. I was so happy I turned to YELP and found Tech 1. I was connected to Alain who was very helpful and friendly. He quoted me a fair price and was able to fit my request into his busy schedule. Withing 2 hours of calling, the job was done! He was friendly, honest and got the job done! My yard looks amazing! I would highly recommend Tech 1 for your landscaping needs. Alain saved the day! read more

Fast workers, had a pretty gnarly backyard and they cleaned it up in less than 1 hour. Grass was about knee high.

Alain and his crew did a good job trimming my neighbors trees so after I received estimates from 2 other companies and they were competitive they proceeded working on a Royal Poinciana and oak. Both are large tall mature trees overhanging my delicate tile roof. They completed the work on time and on budget. read more

This company certainly has good reviews, so maybe this is a fluke. But our experience with them has been more of a 'non-experience'. We don't actually know what it's like to work with them because they 'ghosted' us after giving us a quote for the work. We need a tree removed so we used the Yelp message feature to reach out to Tree Removal companies in the area. We provided our location and 3 photos of the tree. Alain, who I guess is the owner of Tech 1, responded asking if we'd be using bulk pick up. We said yes. He responded with a quote (and even a "reduced" quote) and then, poof, he vanished. We've sent him two messages and left a voice mail saying we were happy with his quote and when can he start. No response. Nada. I really don't get it. Anyway, we waited to write this review because we thought, maybe they're on vacation, or there is some other extenuating circumstance; but it's been 10 days now... read more

Great trim job and affordable service for such lush landscaping! Recommended to friends and neighbors in #Morningside #Miamishores

Alain and his crew were great! I had some very tall coconut palms nearly 40 feet wedged between two houses. No room to get large equipment. Alain crew removed 6 enormous trees, removed roots and debris and left our property immaculate. They were on time, courteous and accommodating. They did more than expected. Really good guys! I definitely would recommend them. read more

I live in NYC and own a home in Miami and after Irma, we had some large branches that had fallen and needed to be cleaned up. Given the amount of cleanup needed in the area in general, I waited days to hear back from some other landscapers with no luck. Alian was highly responsive and called me back within an hour and even went right to the property to take a look and provide a quote that evening. All his work was done within the next 2 days and he even sent photos along the way since we weren't there in person. Highly recommend Alian and his team. We will be using him whenever we need in the future. read more

We found ourselves in a pinch, as we realized at the last minute that we had guests coming over for dinner, and our lawn was a mess. Our regular lawn care folks were not available and we were desperate. I reached out to Tech 1 mostly because of their reviews on Yelp. Alain responded right away, and was at our home the very next morning. He and his wife did a very nice job, taking of our lawn, under a challenging rainstorm. We would definitely recommend Tech 1! read more

We are horrified by the treatment of Alain Toubes & Tech 1 Landscaping. He is a fraudulent Contractor & we are planning legal action against him & his company. We hired them for a general yard clean up. We had 3 full days of work, & he promised us a crew of 7-8 men. The first day he showed up late with only 2 extra men, & only worked for 5 hours. During the second day of work, he continued to say, " We didn't discuss that (which we had) -- that will be extra". At the end of the second day, he demanded full payment ($5,000) for the project "to pay his workers", & guaranteed he could be trusted. Then he disappeared for 5 days -- didn't answer phone or text messages. Meanwhile, my husband & I had taken off 2 days of work to work with his crew. Finally, he showed up today, again with only 1 other worker, with a full day of work remaining. Walked the property with my husband-- we soon realized his truck was gone. His response when he finally answered my husband's calls, "I quit". We will see him in court. New name of his company -- EZ Yards. You have been warned. read more

Alain and Omar did a wonderful job installing a full podocarpus hedge and removing two palm trees on my property!

I was very impressed with the work these guys did for me. They helped clear my yard which for various reasons I had neglected for several years, clearing away a phenomenal amount of overgrowth in a couple of days, rebuilding pathways, building me a set of new PT 4X4 raised shrub and flower beds. They work with terrific focus and get a remarkable amount of tasks finished well within a comparatively short period of time. Highly recommended. read more

Tech 1 is an affordable company that does not sacrifice quality. Alain is extremely responsible, and accommodating. He has serviced my grandmother's home twice, and we are extremely happy. I had a great experience with Tech 1 Landscaping today. I needed some exterior work done on a project house and the guys I hired couldn't work because of the tall grass and weeds all over the property. I called Tech 1 and they were there within about an hour. I couldn't stay for the landscaping to be completed but Tech 1's great Yelp reviews made me feel comfortable paying for the work in advance. I ran back to my office to finish my day and Tech 1 sent me a bunch of pictures of the completed job. Tech 1 did great work on very short notice and the pricing was reasonable.
