They actually used REAL bacon! Speck is not bacon to an American. So, when you happen upon real bacon on a sandwhich or hamburger in Italy you practically jump for joy. My husband says their IPAs are some of the best he's ever had and I'm a big fan of their lagers, stouts, and sours. They have collaborated with some great Stateside breweries like Other Half and Cigar City. So, those are especially fun beers to try. We love their outdoor beer garden (there is some indoor seating as well) -- lots of seating, dog friendly, foosball table. The atmosphere reminds me a lot of Austin, TX breweries. Parking is easy and plentiful. Not always the case in Italy! They also have a small food counter that serves delicious "brico," bread topped with all sorts of local ingredients such as squash blossoms, 'nduja, sausage, salami, peppers, and more! Be sure to check out their offerings when you visit and order one or two. They are not to be missed!
