While I appreciate that it's maintained at a high temperature (around 180°F, which is great for a public sauna!), the smell is extremely pretty horrible! It's like a mix of body odor and mildew. It was strong enough that I had to hold my nose while sitting in there. It also seems like there may be little to no ventilation, which likely contributes to the issue. With more consistent cleaning and better airflow, the sauna could be a great feature. As it stands, the gym itself is decent but I wouldn't recommend joining just for the sauna.

Of course there's several people stretching there when they shouldn't be there at all because it's for boot camp style exercises. So I moved the slide to the opposite side where there's no people and I begin to push it and of course these two entitled men beside to come and put their stretching mats in my path as I am walking backwards and of course I'm f****** irritated at that point and I tell them what are you guys doing? Out of all places to stretch you choose to come in my path? And then they bark some nonsense at me and they stayed there. I should have just ran them over with that f****** sled. Do they not have eyes? Situational awareness? I'm pretty sure they told me to go somewhere else but I didn't hear their asses cuz I have my headphones in and I'm annoyed because they messed up my flow. Stop letting people stretch in that area because no one else can freaking use it! Or better yet I'm just going to go exercise in that area and do all the exercises to be a b****. Cleaner and nicer than when I first attempted to go here in 2021. I avoided 24 for a long time because of previous management not caring about cleaning or repairing equipment. Also, this one has a lot women going, so I felt more comfortable going. I hate accidently making eye contact with men. One star taken off because it's not a luxury gym. A little small. It has a sauna in the locker room. No pool or basketball courts.

She is deeply knowledgeable and experienced, which contributed to getting back my strength and achieving my significant weight loss goal. I do not like to work out in general, but Kim listens to your goals and creates a dynamic plan which motivates me to want to keep coming back and work hard. The gym is always clean and has all the equipment you need for a great workout.

I have a current membership to another Supersport club down the road, that I'm not even using; but I'm a regular at this gym. Here's why; The gym is very clean and well organized. There are spray bottles of cleaning solution and towels. People constantly wipe down the equipment as they use it. No piles of sweat left on the bench from the last patron!!! There are enough machines and equipment to have a complete workout. The wait time to get on some equipment is fairly minimal. I love to work hard with minimal rest time between sets. Get in, then get out. You can actually come in and work out at all hours, 24x7! It's almost like having your own gym. The people are warm, friendly and fun. Kim, the owner is very attentive and caring. She does a wonderful job maintaining the premises. She is also a fitness trainer and does an excellent job motivating her clients of all ages, to be their best selves. If you are interested in a great "no frills" gym where you can get into great shape, check out Fitness Of America. If you would like the instruction and support of a great qualified trainer, contact Kim.

I'm always greeted with a smile and the front desk people are personable and responsive. I also follow Crunch Tustin on social media and again, Gisselle leadership is highlighted by the content she creates for the gym and keeps current members informed about any important gym announcements. While the gym is crowded at times, it's to be expected for a gym that is inexpensive, and provides great equipment. I'd say most members are regulars and because of that, most members all work together to keep the gym clean by wiping equipment after use. I'd say this gym is great and the only reason I can see myself from not coming here is if I move.

Was not a big fan of the rocking motion that happens while using them. The members are mostly respectful, but there was one trainer who was annoying for invading my space for his client. Other than that solid 3 Stars.

They've always been friendly and I've never had any issues with them. I've also been able to get in my workouts. Despite there being the typical rush that happens at nearly all major gyms, I've never really had a problem getting to the equipment I wanted to use or substituting it for something else. However, this review is regarding my most recent experience signing up my fiancée. She needed a gym to just get her walking and cardio in so I went in a few weeks ago before a workout and Chris helped me get her signed up with zero issues at all. I tend to ask a lot of questions when going through any process and at no point in me asking did he seem annoyed, pestered or like I was bothering him. He was so helpful in explaining the terms of the contract, cost and making sure everything was totally clear before moving forward. I appreciate that so much and it's obvious Chris cares about helping newcomers trying to get signed up. Super pleasant which makes the environment one that someone can feel comfortable training in and calling this their home gym. If you're considering stopping by even just to take a tour and see what's offered, Chris will take care of you without a doubt. Thanks again! It's super appreciated!

Over the years, I have received multiple notices of annual rate increases, which I have not accepted. However, the most recent notification that my monthly fee will increase from $49.99 to $54.99 is particularly disappointing. While I understand that inflation and rising operational costs affect all businesses, I find it concerning that 24 Hour Fitness states it is "grateful for my loyalty," yet is increasing the rate for long‑term members while simultaneously advertising the same membership online for $49.99 to new members. This sends the message that new customers are valued more than those who have supported the company for years. Although the increase is "only" $5, the issue is one of principle and fairness. My membership fee is a recurring charge coming directly out of my bank account for a service I do not use daily. Paying more for the same access, especially when the same membership is being offered to new members at a lower price, does not feel equitable. Additionally, my experience at the gym has raised further concerns. During my most recent visit, I observed at least five treadmills that were out of service, and a fitness class that my wife planned to attend was canceled. If rates are increasing to offset higher costs, I would expect to see consistent equipment maintenance and class availability, neither of which appear to be improving. I respectfully ask 24 Hour Fitness to reconsider this increase for long‑standing members or to extend the same promotional rate being offered to new members as a gesture of goodwill and appreciation for loyal customers. Thank you for your time and consideration. I look forward to your response. Looks like you lost a loyal customer. I'll be canceling my son and my wife membership as well.
