I also wanted to order a breakfast bagel, but the employee told me I would have to wait longer, so I decided against it. However, when my drinks were finally made, the barista had made them with regular milk instead of oat milk. She had to remake them, which added another 20 minutes to my commute. Since I had already paid, I had no choice but to wait. When I finally received the drinks, I asked which was which since she hadn't labeled or clarified them. She told me one was the Blueberry Brew and the other was "Pretty in Pink Chai," which was the wrong drink. But by that point, I was running late, so I just took them and left. I told my friend about the mix-up, and she was okay with the wrong drink. But as soon as we both took a sip, we IMMEDIATELY grimaced. Hers was full of strawberry pulp and was awful. I stopped in expecting to try some ice cream, but when I asked about samples, the interaction became unnecessarily rude and uncomfortable. A small serving was around $7, and several of the flavors/items we were interested in were already sold out. Rather than feeling welcomed or having someone help us find an alternative, I felt like I was being treated poorly for simply asking questions before spending that much money. We ultimately left without purchasing anything. I also noticed that despite being veteran-owned, there was no military discount. I don't believe every veteran-owned business is obligated to offer one, but it would have been nice to know whether any military discount was available. Unfortunately, the way we were treated was enough that I won't be returning. I'm leaving this review based solely on my own experience so other customers can make an informed decision.
