I love this cute little ice cream place downtown. They have a walk up window to place your order. I was there when they first opened. I enjoyed going inside and ordering over the counter, trying samples of their unique flavors, and getting an introduction to how they came to open their business and to making ice cream. They are a veteran-owned business in a military town. Nice to see the support from the community. When we moved back to the area after a short absence, I was so happy to see that they had survived the pandemic. Stopped by before it was officially summer and have been back. "Ice cream is Ice cream" Let me tell you WOW WOW WOW... It was an orgasmic experience Asked for a SURPRISE as its my usual order and what they delivered can't be put into words!! The handsome gentleman whom took my order delivered the most tasty, colorful and delicious treat. He included 4 of HIS FAVORITE and let me tell you, they were all superbly amazing. What an absolute great find while walking downtown. So clean & neat inside. Brand new & sparkly. It even SMELLS new! Everyone inside was friendly, smiling and funny. This place knows how to treat everyone who walks in the door. They'll let you sample the ice cream so you can make your favorite selection it's creamy & the flavors are BOLD!! The butter pecan has huge bites of pecans & the butter flavor is very prominent. Brad (owner) is former military, a great guy to have a conversation with and made us feel very welcomed and appreciated. THIS IS HOW UOU TREAT CUSTOMERS!! Looking forward to returning during our walks downtown!! They're located conveniently next to the children's fountain. So bring your children!! And let them see the fountain while eating ice cream. There are a couple umbrellas & chairs outside if you want to sit and enjoy your ice cream too. Again- GREAT FIND. Great location. Great ice cream. great service!! read more

I was pretty pumped about a new place downtown. Pics looked Fabulous and people seemed to be raving about it. However, I will say I was not impressed. I hate to be a Debbie downer, but I didn't see anything outstanding. The space was smaller than I expected. The staff was nice, the flavors were good, and a new downtown spot is nice. I'd like to go back to give it another shot. read more

This is the best ice cream I have ever had in my life!! Everyone was so nice and welcoming. Probably the best customer service I have ever experienced. I HIGHLY recommend anyone to go there and eat some ice cream . The owner Brad is front and center with the workers and he makes you laugh and creates a warm welcome. This is perfect southern hospitality. I can not wait to comeback again. It's definitely worth the walk and money. I can not express enough at how great the service is and the ice cream. This place was awesome! The owners are so nice and they make all of the ice cream in house - both with dairy and dairy free. The chocolate velvet flavor was rich dark chocolate and my husband loved it in his shake. My son and I opted for the mint chocolate chip and it was really great too! If you know me, you know I'm an ice cream snob and Frozen Fuel did not disappoint!! I've been there 7 or 8 times and each time seems to get better and better! The lemon surprise is seriously the best ice cream I have ever had. Every flavor I have tried has been delicious. The owners are so sweet and always so helpful. They have quite a few dairy free flavors too, which you don't find too often. You can tell the ice cream is home made on site, and is always fresh and creamy. All the flavors are unique and you would not find them at any other ice cream shop in town. I would give Frozen Fuel more than 5 stars if I could! read more
