I'm not a member at Life Time but I've been lucky enough to be a guest here a few times. I've…read morelifted here and most recently, took a vinyasa yoga class. The facility is massive -- it almost feels like a mall. There's a cafe, indoor pool, plenty of fitness areas, and spacious locker rooms. Everything felt very clean here which is a plus. The Sunday 10:45am vinyasa class was advertised as "medium heat" but it barely felt heated. The instructor wasn't my favorite and the flow felt clunky and disorganized. Her queueing wasn't very clear and if I were a newbie yogi, I'd be pretty confused. Most of the class was spent in child's pose or savasana and I would've preferred more time to flow and play. The studio itself is fairly small for the size of the rest of the gym. As a guest recently, I had to download the app in order to get my guest pass which was pretty annoying. I've never seen another gym do that and didn't appreciate the extra hoops to jump through. Overall, if this gym was closer and less expensive I'd consider it but for now, I appreciate the chance to be a guest here.

I went to this gym from 2023 - 2025 and finally canceled my membership in December. The staff are…read moreincredibly nice, honestly they are the best. But the crazy expensive cost is not worth it. It feels like all the money goes to extras like the sitting areas, pickleball courts, classes that cost additional money, etc. The only gym area is the second floor, and even that is taken up by classes. Machines are often broken and dirty, kids are CONSTANTLY running around unsupervised and playing on the equipment, and the gym etiquette has taken a severe hit. You see people filming, reading up multiple machines, sitting for an hour while scrolling, and not putting things back. I had to change my workout so many times because the free weights were missing entire bands of weights. Again, the staff is incredibly kind and nice. But the gym does not deserve the almost $200 a month price point. I would pay $40.

This is not one of…read morethose "bargain bin" clubs stacked with reformers and a ridiculous client-instructor ratio. At Coreworks, the classes have no more than 8-10 reformers, so the instructor can take the time to help each student with the routines. No two workouts are the same, and classes are never dull. If you are thinking of giving Pilates a try, visit CoreWorks and check Groupon, as there are often new member/class packages.

Per the instructions on groupon, I emailed Fran so that I could create a log in online but I didn't hear back from her so I called the office. Once my account was created, I was able to sign up for classes. I was informed before I took any classes I would need to take the Intro to Equipment class. Fran was the instructor. She was patient and helpful as it was my first time and I needed specialized attention. For my second session, I took Reformer I & II with Doreen. Foe my last session I took Tower with a substitute for Doreen. All the instructors were patient, helpful, and friendly. They ask if anyone had injuries and they walk around and if your technique is wrong they adjust and correct you which I greatly appreciated. The classes were challenging to me since I am not good at following directions. Also, if you don't remember instructions well, I recommend taking Intro to Equipment multiple times. I had to look around to see how to do things as I am a visual learner, not an audio learner. The facility is tucked away in the corner and is not visible if you are in the parking lot. Fortunately I saw someone wearing athletic clothes and followed them. The facility is clean and bright. There are two individual restrooms. There is a main room with cubbies. The reformer room also had cubbies. The reformer room was slightly warm even with ceiling fans so I dressed lighter the second and third session. I enjoyed my experience, but could have benefitted from more intro classes. The classes were much different than my normal cardio and strength training classes at my gym. The pace was slower and it was a great way to relieve stress. I highly recommend Core Fitness for Pilates.

It has your typical PF layout and all the machines I wanted to use were working. One big plus was that it wasn't too crowded, which is always nice. They had plenty of spray and towels available, and I did see people actively wiping down their machines after use. However, a few things missed the mark for me. The equipment is a bit dated, the ellipticals I was using seemed like much older models, so it doesn't look like they've updated this location recently. Also, while everything in the bathroom area was working, the floors and shower tiles could have been a lot cleaner, especially considering it was still early in the morning. They might need to strip those shower tiles or do a deeper clean. Overall, it's an okay spot, but nothing really stood out to me. Because of the dated equipment and the locker room cleanliness, it wouldn't be my first choice. I don't think I'd make a special trip to go back to this particular location over others in the area.

At this point, I genuinely have no idea where the membership money is going. The equipment selection is almost comical. They have about 10 variations of the same leg machine, maybe 3 chest machines, and 4 back machines. Apparently quantity matters more than actually having a well-rounded facility. This gym has potential, but the management seems completely incapable of realizing it. It's incredibly mediocre, especially considering what it could be. There's a reason people keep leaving, and it definitely isn't hard to figure out why. Maybe instead of making promises about upgrades, management should actually follow through for once. Lol.
