The stylist at the time was this nice Japanese guy who had crazy hair and even crazier tattoos. He first asked me what length I preferred and then proceeded to explain what he thought would look good based on my hair type and face shape. I basically just said yes to everything and absolutely loved the end result- my hair felt new again. Before we started, they asked me to create a user profile on their online database. Mars will take before and after pics to track the process. There's no TV there so I suggest you bring a good book or phone charger. If you've been following Juday's hairstyles these days, you would understand this big decision. And moment of hair fandom. That day, at the salon, I sheepishly showed a photo of Juday's so-chic shoulder-length bob to Jing, hoping that the people around me wouldn't think I was Juday's biggest fan (but damn, I sure seemed like that person that day).
