They mowed down 4'-6' tall flowering shrubs. They blow grass & leaves under my garage door and onto my patio. They send me emails every week saying my payment is late when I have already paid them. I specifically chose them bcz they speak English, but if they ignore everything you say, what' the point???

Could not recommend the Bezuz team enough. From our first meeting, Adrian's attention to detail…read more made me feel 100% confident that his team would not only make our landscaping look beautiful - but also address all underlying issues to ensure our home was set up for success in the decades to come. As first time home owners, embarking on our first large project was daunting especially when you hear all the horror stories about contractors not living up to their word. Moving forward, it's going to be difficult to find the same level of confidence when we start other projects throughout our home. Adrian was always available for questions, quick to action any changes that we wanted as the project occurred, and had so much technical expertise that helped guide our decisions. Absolutely love our landscaping and we can't wait for more projects in the years to come!!! Thank you!

I'm sorry to say that Box Yard's response to my original review isn't accurate or honest…read more First, there were TWO trees that died shortly after planting, and Box Yard only replaced one of them, even though they I provided appropriate notice regarding both. Second, Box Yard has posted photographs of my backyard on their Yelp site, but it's of work they didn't do. It's intentionally deceptive. Finally, the Box Yard website indicates they're a member of the Better Business Bureau -- but I called the BBB. They're not. Again, dishonest. To be clear, the owners seem to be very nice people -- but they didn't do right by me & their false "advertising" mentioned above just isn't OK.

I signed up for bi-weekly lawn service and I found I had to babysit Issac in order to actually get my lawn trimmed. In addition, he randomly changes times on appointments without warning. This has happened more than 3 times in less than 1 year. Today was the final straw. We had a +6 foot milkweed plant fall during a recent storm. We reached out last week, and were told it would take a week for the plant to be replanted. Our appointment was today. Issac didn't show up. We reached out and received "I'll be there at 4 PM". Nobody showed up at 4 PM and we then when we followed up, we received "I'll be there on Wednesday.". What? The plant will be dead after being uprooted for 1.5 weeks - Shouldn't a landscaper know that? Then when I followed up with a call Issac attempted to make me feel bad for inconveniencing him! Finally, we paid for grass seeding/weeding and got zero results. I realize that happens, but in light of how this relationship ended, I feel the need to mention that waste of $200.

Arborist Aan did a great job inspecting each tree. Over his 20+ minute consultation we saw his love for trees and learned a lot about their maintenance. The guys who trimmed the trees really knew what they were doing. They not only lowered the branches to the ground with ropes, but also ground up the branches right then and there.
