I…read moretravel a lot for work and I am staying in the Dallas area, and I will say, this is the best Snap Fitness in the surrounding Dallas area. The other snap fitnesses in the area did not have a free weighted bench press. This one did! Third times the charm, right? They have everything I need. Very open space so it doesn't feel too crowded. Great location too! Most gyms are cold, so I usually bring a hoodie, 1 to sweat and 2 to keep my muscles warm. Here, it was perfect. I was able to take my hoodie off without freezing to death. This location will be seeing me for the next 4 weeks while I stay in Dallas.

There is only 1 squat rack and it's kind of rickety, but it does the job. There's a nice area in the back to do deadlifts. From my personal experience, I did not like coming during staffed hours because the owners would let their small children run around the gym, which I thought was distracting and unsafe. I ended up moving away from this area and unfortunately had a terrible experience with the staff when trying to cancel my membership. I was given false information from one of their employees, and Tommy (the owner) was not willing take any responsibility for it on his employee's behalf. Instead, I ended up being charged over $60 in membership dues that I should not have been responsible for. Not a very honorable way to run a business. I also contacted the Snap corporate office and didn't recieve so much as an apology. I will not be returning to this gym or any of its franchises in the future.

Any business prioritizes money but, this location only cares about the bottom line. People are accounts not humans. I imagine that mentality starts at the top. EDIT/Response to Business: This review is definitely about Parkway Central in Arlington. Not sure why the owner wants to check my location & try to discredit my review. DFW is fairly large and blends together. I rarely bother to review unless I feel it's been an extreme disservice. I have no interest in further communication. You had plenty of opportunities to make things right. The studio runs amazing because of those doing the real work on the floor. You'll be fine. Just do better. Period.

I received a tour and if you like your space at a gym and need a good vibe to workout, THIS IS YOUR PLACE! Also a plus the restrooms are very clean! I will post a update in a month or so.
