It's IMPROVED! I used to think the staff was rude, now there's more professionalism at Team LA. The attendants at the self-checkout stations are helpful and polite. Some of the loss prevention people and greeters can still be a little off, however the store has grown as a whole. Overall, the store has a lot of merch whether you're a Kings or Lakers fan. I spotted varsity jackets, hoodies, shirts, tons of hats (SnapBack & fitted), and a kids section towards the back of the shop. The Kings merch is better than the Lakers merch, however both teams have incredible enamel pins. I'm an NBA/NHL fan so I'm hitting up all the collectors items. Pins are very pricey tho! I spent $50 for three or four pins during one visit. I haven't found a lot of deals at this store. Expect cramped walkways as this store is very busy. It's even got a little crowd during weekdays. The lines aren't cramped, and the staff manage the flow of traffic fairly smoothly. There's an entrance to the store from outside the arena (near the main entrance), and an entrance from within. read more

I have a litany of reasons why the Team LA Store is a horrible business, but the latest is what I will address here. I ordered limited edition items for the jersey retirement of Dustin Brown. One of the items I ordered was a jersey retirement puck in a display cube. When I received it, I opened the package and saw that it was the wrong puck and wasn't in a display cube. I promptly emailed about the issue. I get an automated response telling me that the item is sold out and if I'd like a refund or apply the money towards something else. No apology. No acknowledgment that they screwed up. Simply unfeeling and uncaring because they're making money hand over fist. Why do they need to care when people are throwing their money at them for fear that only they sell? The Team LA Store is THEE worst business and we're all to blame for making them successful. They will not get another dollar from me. I Love the Kings, but absolutely hate their merchandising partner. read more

Bought a Authenic Black Jersey that the team wears on the ice. It was $500+, when I took it in to have it lettered and numbered, I was told they didn't send me what I ordered, and that it should have the name of the sponsor on the right chest area. So they took out a jersey that I did order, to have it done the way I ordered. A month later I received it.... And it was the wrong jersey yet again. My advice, DO NOT buy anything from them online, as they will cheat you. I learned my lesson!! read more

*update* I reached out to the support email posted below. Kris threatened to keep sending the hat back to me because I have refused to accept the package from UPS. I posted the additional screenshot to my review. This is insane. Their customer service is embellishing to withhold a $40 refund. Posting this as a warning to anybody considering processing a return for online purchases: I ordered an LA Kings Cap, when it was delivered there was a permanent crease in the back. Upon noticing this, I promptly returned the item and listed the reason for the return as "Damaged." I was refused a refund because I didn't email them about the damage beforehand, despite listing "damaged" as my reason for return. They also claimed that the tags were not on the cap. They later said the tags were stuck together on the cap after I told them exactly where the tag was. I am shocked that I am being blamed for this and being withheld a refund. Attended a Clipper game the night before and was looking for memorabilia. Thought I would drop by the store to get some stuff. One err was that when there's a game at the Crypto Arena the following night, the store switches stuff to the team playing. So instead of the Clippers memorabilia, it was the Lakers that were playing that evening. Bummer. Lesson learned. Get your stuff night of the game! read more

My husband bought a pin and a hat over a month ago and the box was opened on one side. He got the hat but the pin was missing. He's been messaging back and forth with teamla and they refuse to give him a refund or replace the item. They keep going back and forth telling us to talk to UPS. Now they want the box a whole month later this was august 15. I did not keep a box that was completely messed up in my home for nothing especially when UPS was not responding. Their return policy says that online orders can be returned in store within 30 days (see attached screenshot), but they refused to honor it and didn't take the items back, not even when I showed them the webpage. My brother purchased a Reverse Retro (white w/crown), customized, in November when they were available for what was supposed to be my Christmas present. He was advised of the delay. He since followed up for status twice. YESTERDAY , they told him the size was sold out and was no longer going to be available. They offered a smaller size and 20% off. We came here after the Kings win over the Panthers. The only way you can get into the store is if you have a ticket for the day or evening to the Kings game no exterior admission is allowed. The store is huge they've got all kinds of Kings jerseys, t-shirts, hats and even pet wear for my Iz! - which I purchase a jersey for him The store gets so crowded that they only allow so many people in and have to regulate the number of people entering and security personnel is at the entry and exit doors. it's pretty insane right after a King win. With our VIP seating we received the 20% discount which I definitely utilized on Iz's Jersey - score. You won't want to miss checking out this mega store after the King game! read more

Came here because my cousin from Tokyo wanted to buy some Lakers T-shirt and other gears. Staff was nice but this place needs to be more organized! Each rack that is supposed to have the same shirt of different sizes had 5-10 different kinds of shirts of different sizes. All mixed up! I have used team la multiple times to buy my kings jerseys and each time it's a terrible experience. The first was in 2014 with a stadium series jersey. I wanted to get it customized and I got it back (a different jersey, not the one I turned in) blank bc they couldn't get it done in time for the game which was 2 months after purchase. The 2nd time was in 2021 when I purchased a jersey in November with a delivery date of December. I emailed multiple times and they kept saying I'd get it in 2 weeks. Didn't get it until March 2022. This time I wanted to get a retro reverse jersey customized and the store REFUSED to do it how I wanted ( professionally like the team). I am instead getting it done by the person who does the actual teams jerseys, correctly I might add. Their I think manager Chris was very rude when he called and told me he was going to have someone else contact me with a reasoning why, but he never did. More broken promises. The Team LA store makes it next to impossible to speak to a live person. I ordered a reverse retro Kings jersey pretty much right when they came out this year, still don't have it, it's been over a month. I ordered two others off NHL.com for Xmas gifts, and I got them within 2-3 days, for a cheaper price. My son left a blank Kings jersey to get printed with a name/number of his favorite player 6 weeks ago, they were supposed to ship it, we still don't have it, and trying to get a hold of a living breathing human being for a status update is impossible. Two years ago my wife tried to get me a jersey for Xmas, ordered it around October and it never showed up, they couldn't find the order, it was this big long back and forth. Finally I ordered it off NHL.com and had it in two days. It took a while but they finally refunded the money around February. Try to go when they have sales like the recent 50% off of Kings Championship gear but if you do try to go early before the crowds. FYI if you are looking for Lakers, Clipper or LA Kings go on the day that particular team is playing because they swap out merchandise according to who is playing. The do have limited of all on stock though and they are open daily regardless if there is a game or not. This is a great store, I spend way too much money here. Great selection of anything LA Kings, or lakers or clippers depending on which team you're seeing. They recently revamped the place and it is a great looking store, very clean and a wide arrangement of any souvenirs. I collect hockey jerseys, and have gotten numbering and stitching done at the store. Hector and Julio have helped me and my dad in the past, and they always do great work. If management sees this, give those guys some praise (or even $$$). They are always so helpful and are amazing at what they do. read more

Great place to pickup your Kings, Clippers, Lakers gear. Hats galore, shirts galore, jersey and the like. Sometimes they have one night specials (at least for Kings game they do) - for example a buy one get one free hockey puck or mini hockey stick or beads! Organized well by Men's, Women's, Children's. Convenient location if you are already at a game. I don't find the prices overly ridiculous considering what you are buying. TIP: Go when there is only 1 minute or so left in the quarter/period. This way you can shop in silence before the rush during breaks! read more

Fraud! Do not backup their deliveries! Use caution or better yet don't order anything online from them! I ordered $50 worth of items online and the never got it. It took 4 calls to get the items shipped but then UPS claimed delivered but package was not there. When I called Team Store it took three calls just to file a claim. Then they shifted blame to UPS. UPS finally contacted me and wanted me to file a police report. I asked if they were serious? I am supposed to take time off from work to go to police station and file a report on $50 of merchandise? I said I could not. UPS then said they could not proceed. Team L.A. responded that they would abide by UPS report. I explained what UPS wanted me to do and asked as part of customer service if Team L.A. would resend or refund? They would not. Eight calls to AEG & Team L.A. and two with UPS and I have nothing to show for it but lost time on the phone. So now I am out $50 with nothing to show for it. read more

***Team LA is a decent gift shop (inside Staples Center) for Lakers, Clippers and Kings fans; prices are, as is to be expected, high*** This gift shop in the Staples Center seemed a little smaller than the baseball stadium gift shops I've visited recently (San Diego, Cincinnati). They still seemed to have a decent selection of stuff though not surprisingly it was very overpriced. The most interesting thing I saw was the very firm foam "number one hand" for Los Angeles Kings fan. Parking around here is expensive so this shop is only convenient for those already at a Staples Center event. I am not sure if this store is open to the general public when games are not being played. read more

It sucks to be an LA Kings fan living in the OC. I'm surrounded by all this Ducks gear and can't find decent Kings gear anywhere in these parts! So I'm forced to make the trek to this store even though it takes forever and a day (and costs me $ to park because I sure am not gonna be spending just 30 min in the store after driving for over an hour in traffic) to get here. Team LA is a necessary evil. I hate the set-up (will explain later), hate the inconsistent hours, and hate that they never answer the friggin phone. Unfortunately, they carry gear here that I sometimes can't find elsewhere so I don't really have much of a choice but to let them take my money. I was looking for a particular Kings camo hat that someone mentioned was in the store. I wanted to make sure it was in stock before making the long drive over there, but every time I called it would go to an automated message saying that extension is not available. Then it gives you the option to be connected to the operator, but when you press "0" the whole message just loops right back around and repeats again. So frustrating!! Incidentally, I called other Team LA stores to see if they carried Kings gear but each location carries merchandise very specific to the teams that play near them. And at these other locations they actually answered their phones! Anyway, because I wanted the hat so badly and have not found it anywhere online or in stores, I decided to take a chance and drive there. Luckily, they had a bunch in my size when I arrived. And luckily, I went on a day the Kings were playing because they had all the Kings stuff out. Which leads me to the next issue I have: the set-up. Depending on which team is playing that evening, you may not be able to see all the gear for your team available. They tailor the merchandise to the home team playing that evening, so if you want to buy Kings gear, don't go on a day the Lakers are playing at home. It's a good thing I have never ordered anything from their online store because it sounds like other reviewers have had major issues getting their stuff on time. The online store sucks too and needs a major overhaul. Pretty limited selection in comparison to what they carry in the store. So in the end, I can only recommend this store because they carry a decent selection of merchandise that can't be found elsewhere. If not for that reason, big thumbs down to this Team LA store. read more
