Not recommended…read more Cleaners said it'll take them total four hours to do regular cleaning (this is after they did a first cleaning so they already had a clear idea of the workload and time needed). And then owner wants to charge $265 for monthly cleaning. So their hourly rate is $265/4 =$66.25. Way overpriced compared to market prevailing rate. And I don't think the charge is in alignment with the service provided. There were no trash bags in place. Rugs were left unwashed and not put back in place, etc. Ironically they charge $55 per hour for first cleaning, which means reoccurring cleaning their rate is higher. Yes these days it's tough for small businesses to survive. But that doesn't mean customers got money rained on their head. Update: the owner explained that the rate is based on total sqft. This is nonsense! We have four bedrooms but two were not cleaned. Plus we always have regular cleaning services and it always takes them four hours or about $200 to clean it. And this business owner decides to charge us $265 just because we live in a house (and remember we only need 2/4 bedrooms to be cleaned) and not based on the actual cleaning area and total time needed? We were told by the cleaners that our house is well-maintained and they didn't have to scrub anything so total hours spent will be 4 hours. Owner is saying that although it only takes four hours but you need to pay $265. Does not make sense. Plus I know the SAME technicians when they clean my friend's townhome, they spend the SAME amount of time four hours in total and they charge less. Just because we live in a house not a townhome, it doesn't mean we have to pay more for the same cost incurred to the owner. It's not like our house is a rabbit hole or dirty anything. The technicians clearly said the place is well maintained and they didn't have to spend any extra effort. Then why do I have to pay much more at the hourly rate close to $70 to have the same cleaning service and hours? WHY? This is outrageous. I'll never do business with a service provider whose pricing is not transparent. Last time I used them for deep cleaning two years ago before tenants moved in, the tenants complained the cleaning was not thorough at all and requested for a refund. I contacted the owner right after the complaint, sent her the pics and she did not accept the request for a refund or offer re-cleaning. Nonetheless, I gave them another try which is totally idiotic on my side. I chose to not post a bad review after the first disappointing experience because I don't want to be harsh on small businesses. However this time the experience is even worse and even disrespectful. Who on the earth can explain to me why I have to pay more for the same service and hours? Why my own lifestyle (living in a house instead of a townhome) has anything to do with your operating costs while you use the same people, same hours and same cleaning equipment? Then why do I have to pay more? Explain to me. Choose wisely at your own risk. Honesty in business is underrated.

Dusting was incomplete, laundry room was completely ignored, kitchen cabinets were not touched. The floors were mopped with no attention to detail. The owners response was it would cost another $330 to complete. *** Be very weary of the company's definition of a deep clean ***

Beware that you will not get what is promised in cleaning service…read more I specifically told the owner, Maria that we wanted people to speak or understand English and that the floors were our most important item to be cleaned. Two people came, neither understood or spoke English. I tried to instruct them to mop floors in bedrooms and bathrooms with water and use different floor cleaning products in wood floors. NONE of the floors were done and I spent two hours cleaning the floors after they left. Plus, nothing is picked up when dusting, just dusted around, I observed when they were cleaning.

I'm so disappointed that I have to leave this review. As Maria seemed to be a very nice woman…read more I requested a full sanitizing and cleaning for my grooming salon. As a fellow female business owner I very much looked forward to working with her. Maria and her staff spent almost 4 hours at my salon that is only around 700 square ft. I was so excited to see my shop sparkly! But when I pulled up to my businesses to see hand prints on the door, I was discouraged but hoped it would be better inside. Nothing could have prepared me for the mess this company left in my business. I was greeted with the smell of rotting food that was left in my full trash over the weekend. I had taken out all the trash when I left, they filled it with garbage and food and left it. Dirt, grime and hair was still everywhere. Dust was in every corner, someone had literally peed on my toilet seat and not cleaned it off. Soaking wet towels were piled in my tub on top of an anti fatigue mat, which had to be thrown out because it was saturated with water. Everything was left unplugged and out of place. Walls were still disgusting and grimy. When Maria contacted me to ask if I was satisfied, I told her my concerns. She offered to come and re do the work. I honestly do not trust them back in my business, and requested a refund of the 300 dollars plus 60 tip. I still have not seen any refund. Unfortunately business owners rely on reviews and word of mouth, and I hate to share such an awful experience, but as a small business I can't be robbed of 360 dollars and just let that happen to someone else. I gave this business multiple opportunities to refund me before going to Yelp.

This company is completely dishonest, and my experience with Kiran was appalling, to say the least…read more Don't be fooled by what Kiran promises when she gives you the quote. I've just filed a Yelp claim against this business because there's no point trying to resolve it with someone so unprofessional. I wouldn't be surprised at all to see a vicious comeback from Kiran for my review here! The company sent two workers to my home without notifying me that neither of them spoke English. This created serious communication barriers, and I had to rely on Google Translate just to give basic instructions. One worker appeared to be underage, and the other couldn't even read the simple Spanish instructions I showed her on my phone. They arrived an hour late with minimal tools--certainly not enough for the move-in cleaning I had requested. Instead of addressing the areas that actually needed attention, they wasted time cleaning spaces that were already clean. The older worker couldn't follow even the simplest directions, and I spent most of the time struggling to communicate through Google Translate. The service was nowhere near worth $90/hour. Honestly, how much do you think this business is paying these untrained workers who can't speak English? Do the workers even have work permits to protect themselves from exploitation? When I requested a discount due to their lateness, communication issues, and poor quality of service, Kiran flatly refused. But it didn't end there -- she turned it around immediately and made it seem like I was the problem. Her response, "English is not your first language either. You shouldn't judge people like that." What?? Apparently, paying for workers who can communicate with me and do the job right is too much to ask!! When I said I would leave an honest review, Kiran couldn't wait to insult me with "99% of our customers are smart. They will know you're a difficult customer." Wow! Never would have expected that from someone in customer service! She then complained that I had been texting her all day--when, in reality, she was the one who had to text me to let me know their workers were an hour late! Her text "And you have been texting me all day. I don't think he would've been happy anyways." Who's "he"? Seems Kiran was scared of him being unhappy, and that was her only concern. Their Yelp page is deceptive. They advertise using branded "Got It Maid" vehicles by making it the first picture, but the workers actually arrived in an Uber with no company uniforms and only a few equipment. This is definitely not what I expected from a professional service. This entire experience with Kiran has me questioning whether this business is involved in fraudulent activity or, at the very least, something unethical. Stay away from this business!
