Kenny did a total deck revitalization and our deck looks beautiful again. It was about a two day project and we found Kenny the owner to be very detailed oriented and super easy to work with. I will be calling him in regards to any projects that we need done. Happy, happy customer Overland Park, KS (Reposting my review with added photo)

Adrian, Alex and the whole team did such an excellent job for us…read more We wanted a bedroom door moved to a different wall, second story loft openings closed up, retextured, painted and a dual main bedroom door added (ultimately turning a second story loft into a second master bedroom). Adrian and team were committed to excellence. Their final product looks like they had a magic wand and the changes to our home are just what we wanted. Everyone was so kind and easy to work with. Each day, they worked so clean and left our home as clean as possible. We will definitely call them back for anything in the future! Thank you, Adrian!

This is from a few months ago, but I wanted to be a positive review for this guy. He did an amazing…read morejob and was very attentive to detail when it came to building a shed for me. He was a very hard worker and had good vibes. Even when the job took almost twice as long as he suspected, he didn't complain or try to charge me more. He just apologized that he was taking so long. It was a nice gesture, but it was unnecessary because I know how these sheds can be sometimes. But again, that was nice of him. Communication for scheduling was perfect as well. Which in my opinion is a vital aspect of providing a service. I would definitely hire him again. The property I stay on currently has upcoming projects in the future so I asked him if he could do this, and that. His response was funny as he said," it would be easier to tell you what I can't do" or something along those lines. I got a little chuckle out of that, but also a lot of confidence that hiring this man again would be a great choice going forward. The next time a handyman is needed, give this guy a call. I 100% will.

We just completed a major improvement to our house with Kirk's Remodeling. We added a Primary…read morebathroom that we did not have. The following comments pertain to our key metrics of how successful this Project turned out. 1. From design by Kirk to completion we loved the transformation that has occurred to our 112 year old house in Brookside. 2. Kirk's proposed Budget to what we ultimately paid were very much in line with our expectations. When you own a 112 year old house things will come up and they did but most were additional improvements we realized we wanted once the Project began. 3. Everyone that worked on our Project were professional and very skilled in their craft which resulted in a beautiful addition. 4. We were so pleased we have Kirk coming back in a few weeks for an additional Project. PJ & Molly Reardon

We chose Boyt Home Improvement to build a deck off of our bedroom. It's one of the best decisions…read morewe have made for any home improvement project - and we have had quite a few this year. Hunter drew up the plans based on our specs on his iPad. We were able to select the materials, colors and the full plan. There was also an agreement drawn up that protected both us and his company. This was a great way to build trust and peace of mind that the project would be completed on time. We also needed a gate added to our chain link fence on one side of the House. I wanted a double gate, and I wanted to use some of the materials that I already had from a previous project. Hunter drew up the plans for the gate, and the price was much less than we expected. We were very impressed that we wouldn't have to wait until next year for these projects to be completed, as most contractors were booked out that far. We are extremely satisfied with the way everything turned out. We use our deck every day, and our dog loves sitting in bed and looking out the sliding door to see what's going on. Now we can just let her out the door instead of walking across the length of the house to let her out to do her business. Both Hunter and his crew were extremely professional. They always cleaned up after themselves every day they were here. The work was done with care and attention to detail. The deck is sturdy, attractive and we've gotten many compliments from friends and neighbors! I will definitely continue to work with Boyt Home Improvement for future projects - and I'll recommend them to anyone needing projects completed around the house.
