This is a little late (my apologies Beau), but as anyone knows even though you buy the house there's soooo much still to do. There are not enough synonyms to convey how seamless, easy, simple and stress-free Beau and his team made both the home buying and selling. As first time sellers and second time buyers Beau took us through the whole process from top to bottom, and when he promises something he stands by it. We recently hired Beau to sell our house in the Torrey Highlands area, the process could not have gone better. Beau spent a tremendous amount of time with us before we ever put the house on the market advising us on minor things we could do to assist with preparing the house, such as relocating or moving of furniture, and personal effects. Beau was referred by a friend to help us sell a complicated income property ( 3 units). To add to the challenge we live out of state.
