My significant other has been nagging me about it for a month or so because I was turning my condo into rental property. The Yelp Projects function is great. Corbin had posted his experience online. Also liked that he had spent some time in New York Metro area for at least 8 years. Appraisal was done quickly. As far as the report goes, very detailed with sales comparison analyses and photos. Service was fast, quick, and efficient. Great communications. Very detailed and thorough report. Kimberly and Barb, her assistant, were absolutely the most dedicated real estate professionals I've ever known, AND we've moved 7 times, so I know! My husband and I were moving across country this time, so there was a lot involved in attention, timing, negotiating, and yes, hand-holding. She was knowledgeable, wise, and always had our backs. We immediately had multiple offers and a final price of thousands above listing price. The results spoke for themselves: our beloved home was sold in just 6 days to the best buyer. He was friendly, down-to-earth, and confident without ever making me feel pressured. That was a big reason I decided to go with him. Then I met Desiree, and she was just as amazing. She was so sweet, easygoing, patient, and genuinely enjoyable to work with. I got to tour all the homes with her, while Jesse was working behind the scenes, giving us his expert advice, thoughts, and strategy along the way. I felt very safe and trusted them instantly because they really worked for my best interest. And when I say we looked at houses... we LOOKED at houses!! We toured MANY homes in such a short amount of time and they made it happen for me and worked with my schedule to accommodate my time. We submitted offers, backup offers, multiple offers, and went through all the ups and downs that come with trying to find the right home. Then one day... BOOM! The seller accepted our offer! Not only did they help me get the house, but Jesse and Desiree were able to negotiate a huge discount for me, along with credits toward closing costs. That made such a difference, and I'm incredibly grateful for how hard they worked on my behalf. Throughout the entire process, they were supportive, helpful, responsive, and always there whenever I needed something. But honestly, what stood out to me the most was that it never really felt like I was working with real estate agents. It felt like I was working with old friends and family who genuinely cared about helping me get into my home, and now they're friends to me. Much love and respect to them And when we finally got the keys , they even surprised me with some really thoughtful little gifts, and a surprise at home. Such a sweet way to finish an already amazing experience. So, thank you, Des, for being so patient, kind, and easy to work with. And thank you, Jesse, for being such a great negotiator and for always having our back throughout the entire process. I truly appreciate everything you both did for me, and I'm so happy I chose you guys to help me through one of the biggest purchases of my life. Thank you, Jesse and Desiree! We did not ask for a realitor, one was prompted by one of the houses we wanted to tour. She showed us a couple of houses that same day, then emailed us with a couple of potentials. Zillow asked to rate her, I gave her 5 stars. For round two of touring, we were told a 24hr notice was needed, for all three houses we wanted to tour. Not a problem, we could wait. I've made it clear to her from day one we were just looking to see what our options were, fix our old house or maybe move to turnkey. She cold group texted me Saturday night with a loan officer named Kristina Fatica. They wanted to pre qualify me, I declined. They didn't accept that and pressured me saying if I didn't go through the pre qualification process I couldn't look at any houses. I reminded Gabrielle and told Kristina that we weren't asked to pre-qualify for the houses we had already seen. They both continued to push the issue, belittling me being very condescending. First it was because the owners required it, then it shifted to, that I didn't know my numbers. I told them we were good on our numbers and didn't need 'their help'. They wouldn't stop pressuring me or belittling me. I'm a retired customer service manager with over 30 yrs experience. These days, I let a lot of thing slide, but these two gals deserve this complaint. Very unprofessional. Maybe it was that Gabrielle thought she was waisting her time, or didn't care to drive to the locations we were interested in. Obviously we will not be using her anymore and hope she never treats another client the way she and Kristina treated me.

She said I could be moved in by the end of next week which was perfect. Monday comes around no response so I message her around 2. Then she replies at 7 that she will have an update the next afternoon. Next afternoon comes No response. I then texted her at 4 and texted about the update. No response. So I then said just call me whenever you get a chance. So now today is Wednesday 7/23 and still no response. It's so frustrating because I told her I wanted to move on Thursday. To me it feels like I'm being purposely ignored by her and she doesn't know how to communicate. I then went straight to the office and they helped me contact her, she finally texted the office staff. She said Josh was supposed to call me? The office staff then called Josh for him to let me know that the listing is given to someone else already. How does that make sense, I literally was the first person to see the listing, I applied 10 days ago for the spot. Literally just wasted my time. How can someone be so busy not to make a text. Even after I payed for my application and everything. Like if this job is too stressful for Crystal or your work load is too much for her then she should be retrained or hire more people.
