As any couple interested in buying, we would stop and look at any open house we saw in the areas we were interested in. This is how we met the best agent ever! Although we had spoken to him a little bit and I only gave him my email address, by the time we were home, I had an email. Gordon had really listened to me during that short conversation and sent me links to exactly the types of homes I was looking for. Unfortunately, between work and health issues, I wasn't ready to look at that time. During the time I wasn't even looking, Gordon sent me Holiday e-cards for every occasion. When I was actually ready, I called Gordon. He remembered me, my husband and even our dog. Immediately he set up a page for us to go over and let him know which home we'd like to see. Even though I had minimal schedule to see homes, he made himself available to my schedule. We found a home in less than 3 weeks. I was in shock that we had actually found what we wanted. Gordon was ahead of everything. When we decided on the house, he had the comparable homes/prices ready before we even got home. He got the offers ready immediately and followed through with everything. He made all the negotiating an ease and was patient with us. He was in contact with me through everything and was there for the closing. Our sellers had to rent back for 60 days and he negotiated the lease. Although we have been in our new house for couple of months, Gordon still calls to check up and make sure everything is well. This type of service is SUPERIOR!!! If there were more Realtors like Gordon Ng, not many people would be stressed out during the home buying/selling process. I will definitely do more business with Gordon Ng and would refer anyone I care about to his services. Gordon is incredible and everyone we dealt with at REALTY ONE GROUP (Mission Viejo and Laguna Niguel) offices was professional, polite and friendly. As if finding office space to lease in Laguna Beach qualifies that statement. I was mistreated and ignored for larger clients. Appointments for viewings were made, Deborah Gordon didn't even show! I called after waiting 20 minutes for her to smugly say she wasn't going to be able to make it after all. And this after she insisted on that time because she was a "busy person". In every phone conversation she repetitively stated her agent fee was 3%, as if I was going to forget her cut. I may not be in the market for the 5 mil house but that lack of professionalism and snobby attitude is unexpected, especially in this market.
