Kimberly and Barb, her assistant, were absolutely the most dedicated real estate professionals I've ever known, AND we've moved 7 times, so I know! My husband and I were moving across country this time, so there was a lot involved in attention, timing, negotiating, and yes, hand-holding. She was knowledgeable, wise, and always had our backs. We immediately had multiple offers and a final price of thousands above listing price. The results spoke for themselves: our beloved home was sold in just 6 days to the best buyer. This was the second time we've worked together, and both experiences have been outstanding. Mike and his team are always willing to go above and beyond to help in any way possible. This purchase was especially challenging because of the loan processing company we were working with. There were numerous delays and obstacles along the way, but Mike stepped in and personally helped move things forward by reaching out to our loan officer and underwriter. His involvement made a significant difference in keeping the process moving. What impressed me most was that, even though the home I was purchasing was a value purchase and certainly not one of his multimillion-dollar deals, Mike and his team treated me with the same level of attention, respect, and professionalism. I never felt like my transaction was less important because of the size of the deal. Having the Wolf team on my side made all the difference and ultimately helped ensure that we were able to complete the purchase. I'm incredibly grateful for their support and would highly recommend Mike Wolf and his team to anyone looking for a team that genuinely cares about their clients and is willing to fight to get the job done.

Giving five stars and a glowing review is simply not enough to express how happy we were to work…read morewith The GreenHouse team. As first time home buyers, we had no idea where to start. We were also out of state which made everything that much more difficult. I'm a big Yelp user and relied on the hundreds of other 5-star reviews to look for a real estate company. I was so impressed with Craig and Jesse from the start. The initial call was SO organized, thorough, and personal. Not only did they give us a incredibly detailed step-by-step guide of the buyer's process, but also spent the time to learn more about us as people and what we were looking for in a home. I was surprised my how much time and energy was invested before even signing any contracts with them. After meeting with a few different teams, we chose the GreenHouse Group and 100% stand by our decision! Communication was consistently strong and we were always in contact with someone/the entire team along the way. We worked with Lori & Alexa who also helped us navigate documents and important deadlines. The GreenHouse Group has a well-designed platform to track the home buying process--making it easy to see deadlines and to-dos. We worked with Craig for our Kick-Off Tour. The GHG evaluation system for homes captured everything important to consider when purchasing a home and we learned so much about what to look for when checking out a home. Craig was straight-up, incredibly knowledgable, and clearly looking out for our best interest. He took us to see quite a number of homes that day and even had snacks and waters to keep us going! Unexpectedly, and uncommonly, we found a home from that weekend's trip we wanted to put an offer on. Craig jumped right in and guided us through the 'make-an-offer' process. He worked incredibly hard to negotiate on our behalf and was able to coordinate inspections and video walk-throughs for us when we couldn't be physically present. We were always promptly and transparently well-informed and advised. We never felt pressured or persuaded to make any decisions. Craig and the GHG team presented the facts and gave recommendations based on 20+ years of company experience--always looking out for our best interest. They were 'real' and weren't out to "sell us" on anything. Even during the rent-back process, the team coordinated with the other realtor to work with the sellers on transitions and key dates. It was super fun when Jesse and Lori were already at the house when we arrived to pick up our keys--what a thoughtful surprise! To top it off, they came with a whole container of new home goodies and essentials for us to use while we settled in (and even had some for our dog!) The care box was super useful, especially when we didn't have any of our kitchen items yet! Even after the sale and getting our keys, the GHG team is still there to answer your questions and help you out--including a list of recommended contractors and other services you might need when moving into a new home. I'm sure I am forgetting something here, but needless to say, we 10/10 recommend the GreenHouse Group to anyone looking to buy (or sell!) a home. We have no regrets and could not have asked for a better team. Thank you GHG!

When my husband and I were considering whether to continue renting or move forward with buying our first home, we truly didn't know what the right move was. Jamal was completely honest with us and invested real time and energy into understanding our vision for a successful future. He educated us on the real estate industry and connected us with a lender who secured us an extremely low interest rate and even helped us receive our entire down payment as a gift through a grant program that not many realtors know about. We went up against multiple offers, and although ours wasn't the highest, Jamal was able to get it accepted through his strong relationship with the listing agent. At every open house we attended, he seemed to know every agent and it was clear how well respected he is in the real estate community. What stood out most was that he truly had our best interests at heart. He was never pushy, always listened to our concerns, and approached everything with genuine care. Unlike other agents we've met who operate with a "GO! GO! GO! BUY! BUY! BUY!" mentality, Jamal took the time to look at the whole picture and guide us thoughtfully. Jamal will be our go-to realtor for our entire family. He is professional, personable, and simply a great human being all around.
