Kindred is the BEST! Anthony went far out of his way to ensure our purchase was smooth and completed on time. He was able to do this despite the challenge of working with the Georgia attorneys (they don't do Escrow in Georgia), and the exchange company for our 1031 Exchange. He kept everyone on schedule including the California escrow agent and the loan company. There wasn't a step of the process that Anthony monitor to keep us informed. Bravo, and thank you! read more

As a buyer, kindred helped us get our dream home as first time home owners ! With that said, plenty of unknown situation but they definitely helped guide us through the process with ease and the least amount of stress. All questions answered and every response in a very timely manner. We want a big shout out to the best agent there is Mrs Jessica Machado ! With everything we went though if we got this house or not (but we did!) we would have still went with her and the team - she is the best example of why this realty team is called Kindred. Hands down I give my salute to you all. We can't thank you enough even with the situation in the world. We still pulled through it all ! Please don't hesitate and give them a ring. 100% my respect to this amazing team. I will definitely will work with you all again in the future. read more

We met Dana Pistilli at one of the first houses we looked at, he was knowledgeable and pleasant to talk to. Dana and the Kindred team did an excellent job throughout our entire process. They were available 24/7, listened to us, gave us feedback, and went to bat for us. Thank you for helping make our next chapter possible and our dream a reality! read more

Dana, Jessica & Kindred team helped us purchase a new single family home during the pandemic and they are absolutely fantastic! They are knowledgeable about the market and gave us tips and feedback to get our offer accepted. Dana and Jessica truly went above and beyond helping us schedule landscapers, traveling all over Southern California on tours, and answering our questions at all hours of the day. We wouldn't go with any other realtor for any sale/purchase in the future. read more

I can't say enough about our first home buying experience with Dana Pistilli. He is a stand-up person and we were lucky that he ended up being our agent. Dana is very knowledgeable and was always quick to respond about showings or any questions we had. He took the time to explain everything and looked out for us during the entire buying process. Home buying can be pretty stressful but Dana made the process very smooth. I would highly recommend Dana and his team to anyone looking to buy a home. They go above and beyond! read more

David Rudd presents himself as a sophisticated Realtor, but his follow-through, at least with me, was abysmal. On August 12, 2017, I attended one of his "Revolutionary Home Selling Process" seminars. He was very slick and touted a comprehensive selling process which included a service to syndicate his clients listing around the world to 500,000 agents via something he called "Buyers without Borders". I was particularly intrigued by this aspect of their sales strategy because I have a friend in Guatemala who wants to sell her $800,000 home in Antigua. So I stayed after the seminar to talk with David, who said he would check about affiliates in Guatemala. Over the next week, we played phone tag and he left a message that his company didn't have any affiliates in Guatemala, but he might be able to arrange an "Open listing" so I called him back to confirm my friend would be interested and would be happy to pay the 4% commission involved and he said he would email me the info. A week passed so I called and left another message that we were still interested. Another week passed so I emailed him reminding him that we were still interest and another week passed so I call AGAIN requesting that he call or email me as soon as convenient. That call was nine days ago (and more than a month from when he initially said he would send me information). I understand that my request was out of the ordinary, but it was David who extolled his "Buyers without Borders" and said he could and would help. If he found out that he could not help and called or emailed me to that effect, I could understand. But, from my perspective, to ignore my multiple polite follow-up calls, is not only discourteous, but unprofessional for a Realtor. Since this is my only experience with how he treats potential clients in the recruitment phase, I would worry about how he treats clients whom he has locked into an exclusive contract to sell their home. read more

My husband and I worked with Dana Pistilli on the purchase of our first house. We were very nervous going into it, but Dana was very knowledgeable and worked very hard to answer our questions, soothe our worries, and explain the ins and outs of the process. I honestly have no criticisms, having heard horror stories of house buying from the internet and friends alike. We found a house that was in our range, with the space we need to grow. He made sure to get us a great lender, reliable inspectors, and offered invaluable advice from "you do not want this mess" to "this isn't something that is a huge concern". We really appreciated his candor and willingness to work with us. Can't wait to get all settled in! read more

When we decided to buy a house, we were skeptical about having an agent on our side. However, David's team convinced us to work with their own Dana Pistilli. Dana was great! He knows this area, spent the time with us to understood our needs and preferences. He explained to us the entire buying process. He arranged showing houses that we had interests with, not like other agents that always wanted to steer you to what they wanted to sell. He was always available to us. We called him day and night and he always picked up or returned promptly. He made sure questions we had were answered in a timely manner. During negotiation and escrow, David's team was so quick to get documents to us. Dana didn't stop helping us even after we closed on the house. He worked hard with us and the landlord to get the condo rented out two month before our lease expires. Working with Dana and David's entire team definitely exceeded our expectations. I highly recommend Dana and David's team. Dana is the reason we got our home. He always had our best interest in mind and made our home a reality. In this competitive seller's market, I would strongly suggest having Dana and David's team represent you! We are so happy that we did. We couldn't imagine getting a house without Dana's help along the way. read more

Buying a home in this San Diego market is not an easy task. As first time home buyers, Dana P and Jessica M were with us every step of the way. They were prompt at responding and answered all of our questions. We never felt pressured to do anything we weren't comfortable with. It really felt like we were a team. They went the extra mile to get us our home. We lucked out that Zillow happened to match us to Kindred. It worked out really well in the end. read more

First of all, let me just say that I will be expanding on this review later. But, I had to jump on Yelp today to say how incredibly wonderful it's been working with David Rudd and Anthony Montroy. Really an absolute pleasure. At every step in the process we felt supported and genuinely cared about as clients, new friends and really part of an overall "Kindred Family". The experience was extraordinary and supportive and I will be recommending these folks to all my friends in San Diego. Thank you for everything!!! read more

From start to finish Kindred Real Estate provided top of the line service. We spoke to many real estate agents to determine our best course of action but Dana & David really stood out in the crowd. The Kindred team provided excellent, professional customer service and knowledgeable guidance throughout the entire process. From the many house tours and inquiries with Dana, to the multitude of both phone and email conversations with Dana, David and Jessica, this company demonstrated professionalism every step of the way. We were very impressed with this company, they streamlined the process and helped us to realize our dream. Thank you!! I cannot say enough positive things about Dana, David, and Jessica at Kindred! they are super awesome agents/team that helped us through the whole house buying process. our original plan was to move from Norcal to San Diego more than 2 years ago and the plan didn't worked out, but they stuck with us for more than 2 years and found us an awesome house! they will do their diligent work in finding you the right house and will treat you with respect. I want to thank David Rudd and his team for helping me through a major life stressor when I decided to sell my home.David is a dedicated seasoned realtor who really knows his stuff! We just completed our house sale thanks to Anthony Montroy and Dave Rudd of Kindred. Based upon their preparation suggestions, staging and strategic marketing, our home sold within 1 1/2 days. It further commanded the highest price in the neighborhood for comparable size and closed escrow within only 10 days. This was by far the smoothest real estate transaction we have ever had and owe it all to the professionalism efficiency and evident integrity of the Kindred team. read more

We love Kindred! When we chose David to help us find a new home in San Diego four years ago, we had no idea how great he would be! Since then, we have teamed up with him again and again because he's simply the best there is. David and his team know San Diego and they understand the finer nuances of the real estate business. To top it all off, they care deeply about their clients. Highly recommend David and the entire Kindred team!! read more

It seems that a 5 star rating is simply not enough to rate the home buying/selling experience with Kindred! David, Anthony, Dana, Greg, Angela, Alana and all involved were amazing! This is my first home purchase and they all made the process seamless. They set the standard that other realty teams should live by! They were extremely professional and knew what potential homes to look at when viewing homes. I never pictured myself living in the Poway neighborhood we are in today. They not only helped us buy our dream home but also sold our Poway parcel in about 10 days. Every level of service that Kindred has to offer is Outstanding! If I had to do this all over again, I would not hesitate for a moment to work with Kindred and their partners. Thanks! read more

You need to work with this David Rudd's team - Kindred-Hervieux Realty. We presented them with the project of helping us manage 2 home sales across counties and a home purchase. We needed to stagger the sales and wanted to make sure we sold and purchased the final home over the summer prior to school starting in mid-August. We were impressed with Matt Hayes from the onset. He took the time to get to know us, what we wanted to accomplish and the challenges inherent in the process. He set us up with a realtor for the first home located in San Bernardino and met with us to go over comps, explain the market, process, and review the timeline. He explained to us the smartest ways to spend our time and money in order to get the most return on the sale of our home. We had an entire team working on our project from an out of town realty team, a home improvement team (construction), staging and marketing, and purchase and lending. The improvements made on our home were beautiful and the insight as to what to spruce up were priceless. By the time we were listed on a Thursday with a short 2 hour open house on Saturday we received multiple offers all at the high end of our range. By the time we chose our buyer, we had surpassed our high end by an additional 3% (including 1 month free rent back) in order to facilitate the time we needed to get in to our new home. Dana Pistilli met with us early in the process to understand our needs. We needed to find our home in a very specific area in order to ensure our son could stay at his school. Additionally, we needed a large home to consolidate two households and allow us to grow old comfortably. He learned the things that mattered most to each of us and created lists that were tailored perfectly. By the time we were ready to buy we had found the home on our tailored list. We fell in love with it. Many realtors would be happy for the sale and move on but Dana kept us grounded. With our teams guidance we sold our home for a great profit, purchased our forever home at less than asking price and made changes to our loan amount and timeline without a hitch. We now have a budget to personalize our home and a place to stay while we do so. Seriously, you have to work with David Rudd's Team - Kindred-Hervieux. They made this feel easy. read more

David, Dana and their team were absolutely amazing to work with. Throughout the entire process, they were extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and patient. They were always so fast to respond and took care of everything, making my first home purchase very easy. The whole process was very smooth - we closed on time (a few days early!) with absolutely no problems. People with whom I've shared the details of my journey, were surprised by just how smooth it all went. We looked at many properties with Dana before finding the one - his suggestions and insights about the area, valuation, etc. were immensely helpful. He was always available and understood what I was looking for so well! He was also very fun to work with. :) I felt very comfortable working with David and Dana and I feel very lucky I was referred to this team. You'll be in great hands by choosing them. read more

We can't say enough about Dana and David! This was our first home--- and you can only imagine the emotions and the unknowns....We' don't even know where to begin with how amazing this "house hunting" journey was. Purchasing a home was a quick thought, and we were on a time limit before our lease was up and they made the entire process smooth for my fiancé and i. I did meet with a number of realtors before choosing Dana-- the reason we chose Dana was because I reached out to him and he contacted me within minutes- it was late at night and he basically told to tell him the day and time and he will make it happen. We met with him the very next morning and he listened very carefully to our wants/needs and assured us we would be taken care of. We then met David --- and knew these two were the perfect team for us! I don't think we've ever felt so comfortable. As stressful as it was looking at homes --- they made the experience fun! I want to say I emailed/called/ texted with random questions and each time they got back to us no matter the repetitive questions (ha) and they had a way at making sure we knew they wouldn't let us down. They were so knowledgeable in the market and when we asked for their opinion, they were there to assist with everything. Even when we made our first offer, we didn't question if we were making the right decision. When we made our final offer on the house we really wanted, David told me exactly what he would do if he were in our situation based on the multiple offers and he explained everything so we didn't need to question. My dad always taught me to never trust anyone... and for the most part, I don't. Purchasing a home is such a big financial "emotional" rollercoaster and we had put 100% of our trust in Dana and David and I had no doubt in my mind that they were looking out for our best interest. Our offer was accepted and they welcomed up with open arms the first night we received our keys! We are so blessed to have experienced this journey with them. They may always be known as our realtors, but they have become friends. We are getting married in September and both Dana and David are invited. We couldn't imagine our wedding day without them. I have recommended them to all my friends, family and even strangers who I ease drop on their conversation about "home buying" :) They genuinely care, and we couldn't ask for more. Once our family grows, I know we will be calling them in a heartbeat to help us sell and find our new home. We're already looking forward to it. I am so confident you will be so impressed with this team that I highly encourage you to reach out to me with any questions at all. read more

We bought our first home with David! The Kindred team did an amazing job making the process so easy. We couldn't be happier choosing such a professional and passionate group of people. David, Anthony, Dana and Jessica really love what they do and it's so reassuring. They know the ins and outs of real estate and beyond. Dana is seriously the heart of San Diego, we met him first. He took us to houses all over the area and knows every inch of San Diego. He was such a pleasure and positive agent to be around and his knowledge was very helpful, especially because we moved from Chicago. David gave us so much guidance and knowledge about buying a home. He always made us feel at ease and made everything run smoothly even though buying a home is not always like that. Anthony knows exactly what homes should sell for. He made sure we were not only getting the right price, but also getting the right home for our family. Jessica always made sure we had everything in order for closing on time and we even closed a little early! We always felt a huge trust for the entire team, we really hit the jackpot finding them. On top of all that they found us an incredible lender, painter and contractor before moving in! Thank you guys for making this experience so great for us. It was a pleasure to work with you and you all will forever be like family to us. read more

What a mess this realtor caused me! My original realtor, Larry Cisneros, was fired, only after he talked me into staging & had me paint my bedroom which I had recently did in rose but he said men will be turned off to a rose colored bedroom! What??!! He said I could get $30k more that any other realtor & had it way overpriced so no one came!! Most of my furniture went into a POD which Larry helped load but boxes & furniture were upside down, shoved in & not padded. I later had my nice candles melted, furniture scratched & rubbed, basically damaged! It was so bad! Then Larry was fired, so Mike Soldani took over, arrogant & rude. Kindred is in San Diego, I live in Murrieta and he did not want to bother to drive here to meet me, no relationship, wanted to sell my house with only an online relationship. I told him I wanted to meet him and he said, "Why?" Really!?? Larry priced my house at $529,900K, ridiculious! Mike says he can sell my house at $459,900K, of course, coming down to that price!!! A buyer came in and wanted the house but was not qualified, he could not afford it and Kindred never checked on that! When the buyer came with the inspector one day, my neighbor said the inspector had left but the buyer was in my house to roam around by himself for an hour!!!!! I was floored!! How can this be allowed!! I do have to say with all the trouble Kindred put me through I demanded they pay for the POD for 2 months which David finally agreed too. All Kindred caused me was heart ache & grief! My house never sold, I am still here! I still have to ask David who the woman is on their sign, David's mother, never met her? I would never use Kindred to sell my house, I learned the hard way, do not stage your house! I have beautiful furniture in my house and they moved in Vietnam pieces, trying to make a cottage type house with a white picket fence & roses into a modern mess!! I do not recommend Kindred. read more

David and the entire Kindred RE team are great at what they do. We're so glad we had them on our side. When we were looking to relocate to San Diego, David and Dana helped us find the perfect house for our family. Since we were conducting our house search from out of town, we had to put a lot of trust in Kindred -- and we're glad we did. David's team was outstanding in every aspect as our Buyer's Agent for our relocation to San Diego. Their expertise, patience, diligence and kindness made it actually FUN to do a real estate deal. Dana Pistilli worked with us for almost a year to find the ideal property, exhibiting excellent listening skills and learning our quirks to refine the search. He often previewed properties on our behalf since we were out of towners, and we trusted him as an extension of our family. He never tired or pushed us toward a property, and responded throughout the entire time as if we were a new client. Once we found our target home, Dana, Danielle and others on the team proved their expertise again in swiftly negotiating the deal and moving smoothly toward a successful and painless close.
