Frankie and Jules is a locally owned boutique with an amazing staff. They are always willing to help and so sweet about making outfits for whatever the occasion is. I was very unimpressed with the selection and the service was generally awful. Not only were there several employees standing around and not offering help, but when it was time to check out several of them were rude and uppity in all of their responses. I have also heard from several people their difficulty in doing exchanges (they do not allow store credit or returns), nor do they mention before purchasing. Definitely would not recommend to others. .

Sarah, the worker who helped me, was so sweet and told me about their pricing structure and the fact that they get donations from people and businesses from all over KC.
