I paid extra to have it made digitally so it could be replaced without going through the process of dental casting again. I've contacted his office manager via phone three times without receiving any response other than he's looking into it. I've now sent an email directly to Dr Councill and have received no response after 7 days. This is a disgusting display of unprofessional as well as a complete lack of common courtesy one human should give another. I left the clinic initially because his technician and front desk help were very rude. (Neither is employed there anymore). Now due to his hurt ego. I'll have to spend $8-$10,000 to have a new plate made.

The cavity they told me was minor, was major and new dentist able to fix without root canal. Was told by this office they dont use gold anymore, then said they would ask the lab when i insisted, so new dentists may not even be well versed in using gold. New dentists said gold made sense since upper is gold. This office is probably fine for someone with minimal cavities and even spaced teeth. I am getting excellent and personalized care from my new, consistent, always-there dentist.

I had an experience with Dr. Jason where I felt his work was not up to the standards of the care I had always received. (Crowne color and shape were not at all a match. She had done the exact same tooth on the other side a couple years prior and there was no problem at all ). I do not feel he handled it in a professional or kind way. He was demeaning and arrogant. He knew I was not happy when I left and even though he kept saying he wanted to keep me as a patient, it was always followed with a "but...". the office made no attempts to follow up or to reach out. I had no intentions of actually writing a negative review, but it seems they took me off the schedule for my next prescheduled cleaning, as I called to cancel it and they said they didn't have me on the schedule. That was aggressively rude. I never had any problems with her and her work was impeccable. But I'm not giving my money to this business.
