I just went here today as a new patient, and first thing the lady at the front desk (blond bob…read morehaircut) was rude and cold. She didn't greet me and just asked for my name like a calculated robot. She the. Proceeded to hound me and belittle me about having a card on file. She basically explained they are about the money. Really?? To where I responded that it clearly isn't about the true care of the patient and their wellbeing, and sat down. She is a terrible free my desk coordinator. She seems better fit for the DMV with her attitude. Then I saw Dr. Jeffries who was super late. The first 5 minutes of my visit was her on her cell phone trying to find a photo of my previous obgyn because she was curious to see if she knew her since she's a part of political group. Ummmm... hello??? She then basically didn't have her information straight about my ultrasound report and was completely wrong about the results. She never listened to me nor was compassionate about my symptoms. She basically undermined my previous healthcare team as she said "well I went to Duke and this is how things are done." Pretty much every other doctor is wrong despite my significant history. She chalked my symptoms up to stress. I even mentioned that we're getting married tomorrow, and she literally LAUGHED OUT LOUD!! She turned around and she goes "I know that's inappropriate, but that's just funny," and judged my fiancé and I for getting married on a Wednesday. DO NOT GO HERE IF YOU WANT TO FEEL LIKE YOU MATTER AND PEOPLE ARE CONCERNED WITH YOUR CONCERNS. THIS WAS THE WORST PHYSICIAN EXPERIENCE I'VE EVER HAD!!! They neither are compassionate nor listen.

I work on my feet for 8 hours a day giving tours with very few breaks, which finally required me to wear 2 pair of support stockings on both legs of the strongest level 20-30mm. Dr Bock was recommended to me by a cardiologist friend as the most knowledgeable vascular surgeon in our area. The sonograms indicated that my condition was worsening, so they were able to get my insurance to completely cover both leg. To my surprise the 1 hour in office procedure was virtually painless using a Novocain shot. I was encouraged to walk frequently for the next week & use thigh high support stocking if standing long periods. Within a week I was back to work with no stocking & no pain which for my age with past issues was like a miracle. Extremely friendly staff, as well as a personable efficient physician.

One of the doctors there, Kimberly, is an absolute angel/savior to me. Kimberly is incredibly knowledgeable, intelligent, professional, genuinely listens to you, and cares about your needs and getting you better. Seriously, give her a raise or promotion or something. She is outstanding. And that is coming from someone with a lifelong history of health problems so I've seen so many doctors in my 30 years of life. Somehow the team at this location never makes me feel rushed at all while also taking the time to listen, address my needs, and gets me in and out so quickly!!! I am just so impressed. I have been to many other urgent cares and this one just seriously has unprecedented efficiency with excellent patient service. Because my primary care physician is often unavailable when an immediate need comes up, Kimberly makes sure to send everything to them so they stay up to date. She also has provided some needed specialist referrals for health events that I've seen specialists for in the past. She cares not only about getting you better in the near term but makes sure that you have a plan moving forward. I also want to note that on the occasion that Kimberly isn't working that day, I have seen other doctors at this office and have had really great experiences with them as well.
