LOL…read moreI don't know how, but one minute I was just the moral support, hours layer I call ba k for the little fella, then 3 days later I'm picking up a little black kitten. The last week has been a whirlwind and as I write this I am sitting in a rest stop off 85 with my kitten in tow. He's amazing. I've managed to train him so he loves riding in cars. He's our official "road dawg" lol.

They told me that the cost for the surgery would be $95, plus $10 for pain medication, plus $10 for a mandatory e-collar. They also offer microchipping services and some vaccinations, so I chose to pay an additional $15 for the distemper vaccine. The closest date I could get was two weeks after I called to set up the appointment, which is reasonable. On the day of the surgery, I dropped my puppy off early in the morning and picked her up later in the afternoon. Everyone was friendly and seemed to genuinely care about the animals. My little buddy was groggy from the anesthesia for the rest of the day, but by the next morning she was already her usual energetic self. I also had no complications with the wound. Highly recommended!

I was dropping off donations and when I arrived Sammi the Black one was so excited waiting at the entrance. I had just unexpectedly lost one and just needed a little time. I was leaving for Scotland and thought if she's still there, it's meant to be. Well! She was ! I took her right home. She had been surrendered to a high kill shelter and rescued by start II from there , so I knew that was already her name. She's been with about a year now and had fit in perfectly with my other rescues. This rescue is my go too, number one without question. Thank you to all the volunteers, your hard work does not go unnoticed!!!! The blond next to her only came here, because he had terrible anxiety issues and he is so perfect now. Just time and patience. Thanks to you all!

She gives her food and litter and they are living on top of each other in a small space. someone should shut this down. The poor cats. Don't support this shelter. It's not on the up and up.

No timeframe was provided, however I was home all day so it wasn't a problem. I received a text on April 30 that a failed delivery was made. I saw the text literally 2 minutes after an attempt was made. They did not wring the buzzer! I immediately contacted Best Pet RX - they kept me on hold for 10 minutes by the time they got back to me they said the driver would not turn back around and that the delivery would have to be rescheduled. I agreed as long as it would be delivered the same day. Because I needed my cats's medication as a back up I placed an order with Chewy's pharmacy. They contacted Best Pet RX and had the script transferred. And was able to expedite the FREE shipping to 1-2 days and the same medication and quantity was $32 at Chewy's and at Best Pet RX it was $70! When I found out it was so much less I was able to order the full amount. In the meantime it was getting late and no med delivery. I received an email informing me that the delivery time was btw 7pm- 11:00pm- the later being past my born bedtime I contacted the delivery service at 9 PM and informed them that if the delivery was not made that day, I would be refusing it. Their response was if they could randomly buzz people's bell after 11:00pm. "Are you serious!" Obviously I put them unnoticed and told them that was absolutely unacceptable. It was 11 PM on the nose when I went to bed and still no medication for my pet! The following morning, I called the credit card company and put in a dispute and found out that Best Pet RX did not charge me $70. They charged me over $100. Can you say Fraud!!! I guess Best Pet RX isn't the best. It's actually the worst!
