While the hair is thinner, it is still frequent and even seems to grow faster. I was not informed that gray hair would not remove. I had always waxed, so was not aware of gray hair in my private area. That hair is significant so ZERO results there. Zero results in my rear despite the pain I endured. I actually had increased darkening for having to shave for a year versus continuing with wax. In short a waste of $3K, so much so I did not even use my last treatment. Completely not worth it at all and warning everyone I can about this company.

I was happy to proceed with areas the provider was comfortable treating such as the lips. However after this discussion, a different person came in and informed me that my Groupon was not valid for another two months. This was never communicated ahead of time, despite them having access to my chart and booking details. This could have easily been addressed before confirming my appointment and would have saved me time and frustration. What made this even more frustrating is that they had already redeemed my Groupon voucher. When I asked for the appointment to be canceled after learning the voucher was not valid, I was told I would need to take it up with Groupon rather than the office resolving it directly. Additionally, I've consistently felt a lack of professionalism during my visits and it unfortunately seems tied to the fact that I booked through Groupon. Every patient deserves the same level of respect and care, regardless of how services are paid for. I do not recommend this med spa. There are many other professional and reputable options in Birmingham, and I would strongly suggest choosing one of those instead.

She was highly recommended by a friend, so I stepped out and gave her a try. Her treatment plan was very conservative - and I really wanted to be more aggressive (after all, this was my FACE). My regular dermatologist came back to town and diagnosed me with acute skin lupus - so I was able to begin a treatment plan. However - Dr Billano has the zen of injectables, according to my friend - so I let her do my botox. She was PERFECT - it's very easy to over-inject my brows, leaving me with a bit of a droopy eyelid and she completely understood my concern and did a perfect job.
