Exceedingly rude staff beyond anything I've experienced before!!…read more I smiled said hello and asked for a half coffee half steamed milk, and the cashier said, "You mean a caffe latte? It has half coffee half steamed milk." I said yes, that would be perfect. Just to be sure, it has half coffee and half steamed milk? And the person said "Yeah" really rudely as if it was bad of me to ask. And the "Will there be anything else", rudely, and repeated it again with an even meaner tone. So I told the cashier that I would not be making a purchase because of the rudeness, and that they were being a jerk. Then I took a photo to show their manager who it was and left. I will never go back, even if they fire the staff. No one like that should be working in customer service and I can only imagine the toxic culture of Artifact 301 / Studio Bake Shoppe to let this happen. I'm still in shock over how rude this person was, and from the beginning after me bing so polite, as if they had some grudge against me somehow. I would love to hear an explanation and an apology but I won't hold by breath

Having grown up in Farmington, we've tried just about every coffee shop the area has to offer. While there are plenty of coffee places, Oso remains the best locally owned and operated coffee shop we've visited. After more than seven years of coming back, the coffee is still just as amazing as ever. You really can't go wrong with anything on the menu! Whether you're ordering coffee or one of their other specialty drinks, everything is consistently excellent. What truly makes Oso special are the people. The owners are some of the kindest, most genuine people you'll ever meet, and that warmth carries over to the entire staff. Every visit, we're welcomed with friendly smiles, outstanding service, and the kind of hospitality that keeps us coming back year after year. It's rare to find a business that consistently delivers both exceptional quality and exceptional people, but Oso Grande does exactly that. If you're in Farmington, this is an absolute must-stop and a place we look forward to visiting every single time we're back home. Thank you, Oso Grande. Until next time.

Great drinks, food, & service, plus we were the only two people in there (aside from the employees) for the majority of the morning which led to perfect work ambiance. I ordered the pumpkin spice latte which was delicious & the cheesy egg burrito, which was perfect for what I was looking for. Food & drinks came out super quickly & wi-fi was fast & stable. I will say the prices were a little steep with dairy-free milk costing $1.05 but overall the prices were comparable to other coffee shops. Would definitely come back here the next time I'm in the area!

I mean Krispy Kreme is great also. But I think this one beats it just based on the fact that it's just got a whole different flavor. I normally go for the bear claw maple no filling, cause they do fill their donuts with stuff. Meaning jelly and cream and stuff like that I think. I don't know. I've never had a filled donut from here. They also have hamburgers and hotdog and stuff. Hamburger is great. Don't so much care for the fries although I'm a big fan of more like steak fries like thick fries which they have thin fries so that's just not me. But yeah, they're cake Donuts are great too like the blueberry ones are just awesome. And then when you go inside it's a nice little place. It's clean. Anyway I definitely give it two thumbs up.

Nice! Although I'm not sure how much time passed (in a pandemic, time is relative anyhow), when we popped in tonight on the way to dinner to grab a couple of things, we were super-excited to see the shelves stocked with our beloved drink sachets! What a treat! And only a moment after we decided we'd get a package of Lumpia to make at home, we noticed the new food counter--took a split-second to decide to dine-in instead of cook at home--a no brainer, really. So, we both ordered the Snack Combo #1 (Lumpia + Fruit Tea for $8.95) and while the hubs ordered Dragonfruit Tea, I opted for an 'upgrade' to Rose Milk Tea ($1 extra). With a green straw, mine looked pleasantly seasonal and tasted delish (dragonfruit was yummy, too)! The new cozy dining area has a pleasant ambiance with several booths and a few smaller tables and it was encouraging to see so many customers ordering food, turns out this has only been an option for three weeks. Our snack packs hit the spot! So glad we decided to pop in tonight and looking forward to trying more options!
