For the quality for price, service, clean place, speed and food- no complaints! So good we came back for dinner. The most reasonable price place here with lots of options. Cold drink options, beer and wine! Pizzas- the salami was good and big enough there two of us. Fries- can't go wrong Plus they serve, Indian, Thai, tea, sandwiches, wings, chicken nuggets, burgers etc. Come here if you need food and don't want to completely break the bank.

Best quality and vegetarian food, very friendly service. Highly recommended. It's right next to Grindelwald train station.

They did not take down our order correctly then accused us of stealing. Treated us horribly. Food was frozen junk. Do not come here.

Food variety was fantastic. Kids loved the choices. Recommend the Pizza and Thai. Easy and quick.

The sandwiches are fair size and come with all the fixings you want or plain if that's your thing. Both had good flavor and were cooked just right. They are also a brewery. (Note: make a reservation if you dream of eating here) After looking through the menu we started with the house-flavored wings and LOVED them. In fact, my wife thought they were some of the best she's ever had! We then both had burgers and shared fries. The portions are very well-sized and I don't think you'll leave hungry. The flavor and food quality helps with that aspect as well - both are top notch! The ambiance is super chill while maintaining an upscale fit and finish. On a nice day you could even eat outside at their tables, would be a wonderful treat given the little square it borders. A word of caution: prices are at a premium (even for Switzerland). I'm a fan of Wolf and couldn't recommend it enough for lunch or dinner. Get a reservation for tomorrow and thank me later.

Unless you don't mind eating outside in the dark with all the smokers. Second....expect to wait a long time. This isn't a fast food restaurant so grab a beer and wait 45/60 min to get your food. Third... Switzerland is very expensive so this restaurant is no different. 2 burgers, 2 alcoholic drinks, and French fries were 98CHF which is pretty much 100 bucks. They have 3 sauces for you to try. Ketchup- Tasted like marinara sauce. BBQ- Tasted like smokey ketchup. 1000 island. Tasted normal. Burgers were great. They were juicy and delicious. Animal Style French Fries were a good try. Def not like the original but so far from home it was a nice find. This restaurant isn't for Americans. Way too expensive for what we eat all the time but I compare this place to the Melting Pot in the US. That place is so overpriced but it's amazing to get your cheese fondue fix. I can't imagine Swiss people coming to the US and eating at our expensive version of cheese fondue. Service was ok. It was super busy so can't really complain but I could tell our waiter was super annoyed with our audacity of showing up , with no reservation, and willingness to wait. And for some dumb reason you can't order "The Threesome" (or Hattrick) with a group of 5 people. 4 apparently is ok but we had 5. Cannot imagine why if 3 people order the same thing it's an inconvenience for the restaurant but DON'T DO IT or again your waiter will show his annoyance.

That being said, the burgers here are really good! We tried: The hash brown poco loco - this burger was so hefty! But also pretty decent. The hash brown made it stand out, so if you get the regular poco loco, I assume you get a pretty standard burger. Definitely not bad but nothing special in terms on ingredients. However, I really liked the bun! The outside was thicker and crispy without feeling stale. And the inside of the bun was still soft! Frenchie - this burger was my personal favorite of the two. Same compliments for the bun, but I loved the combination of the cheese and honey for the toppings. It was the perfect amount of sweet and savory. The fries and onion rings were both really good as well. The fries were really crispy on the outside, fluffy on the inside, and salted generously. And the onion rings were pretty typical. One thing I wasn't a big fan of was how long our order took just because we were waiting on the fries which took forever. But they ended up upgrading our fries to a medium for the trouble, so no complaints here!

Yelp Review 2026 #126:…read more I go to McDonald's in every country I visit to try things we don't have in the US. When I went to McDonald's in Switzerland, they had World Menu Heist - menu items from countries around the world. They had empanadas from Chile, a chicken teriyaki burger and Sakura Sprite from Japan, etc. I went to this location close to Interlaken West on a Sunday because the restaurant I planned on going to for lunch was closed. I was going to try the empanadas but they didn't have them. The Swiss menu also had Nutella doughnuts, McPops (doughnut holes with filling), Biscoff McFlurry, some locations have Nutella sundae, Cailler sundae, and a cheese truffle dipping sauce. I ordered from the kiosk since I don't speak the 3 official languages in Switzerland. I got the chicken teriyaki burger, fries, cheese truffle dipping sauce, and a Biscoff McFlurry. My sister wanted to try Swiss McDonald's too so, we went for dinner. Still no empanadas and they ran out of the cheese truffle dipping sauce! I got nuggets, popcorn McFlurry, and fries. My sister got a chicken sandwich, fries and Biscoff McFlurry. Her McFlurry had waaay more Biscoff than what I got from lunch! No quality control. Booo!!! This is the only McDonald's in Interlaken so, it gets busy.

Very poor service: old man running the restaurant was highly impatient and wife scammed us on price conversion -- tip: they only accept cash. The value is terrible. The equivalent of 60USD (50CHF) for a grease-soaked plastic container of fried rice (incredibly bland and tasteless) with a count of (5) small strips of chicken and a heart-attack-inducing greasy noodle dish, served with more salt than is in the Atlantic ocean. We tried to be hospitable and nice to the owner, but they responded with indifference, short temper, and annoyance. Insanely rude service, especially from the chef. Yeah, I understand, the prices in Switzerland are crazy expensive, but I wouldn't feed this food to my dog. Not worth $30 a dish. My tip? Don't go. Unless you want to be insulted and go to the least hospitable place in Murren.

We were able to try it and there is limited seating. We were able to sit outside, and the view is amazing. Don't get me wrong, still a pretty cool place. However, the places we have ate it just were top notch. The other reviews are pretty accurate. It tastes authentic, the egg role and egg drop soup is delicious. The service is good, and everything comes out in a timely manner. However, the pad thai lacked some flavor and maybe I should've asked for it to be spicier. We had the fried rice, and again the seasoning lacked on it. I mean it was good, but it didn't taste as fresh as some of the other places we went to. Good not great, and probably the best choice for asian in this small town.
