Worst customer service ever. Waited 20 minutes with a toddler... mgr (only person working) told me…read moreto wait 25 MORE minutes for him to finish with a customer... left for 40 minutes... returned, waited another 25 minutes with the same toddler.... just for him to look up my account and tell me my phone was out of warranty (by two weeks) and there was nothing he could do to help me and I was basically SOL. (my microphone is not working - people cannot hear me through my phone) - - I get home, call tMobile customer service thru my bluetooth in my car (hooray, someone can hear me!) and they are sending me a brand new phone tmrw. GET A NEW JOB, FOX RIVER MALL T-MOBILE MANAGER. Clearly you are not there for your customers but only for your minimal pay check. Ah-di-os.

What I got was $130. They claimed my old phone was damaged; it had a few superficial scratches, which their site says is ok. When I finally had enough of them, they refusevto unlock my phone to switch providers until it's been activated for 40 days, despite the fact that I paid for it in full. What a company SMH
