They are more reasonable than anyone else in town, as well, or have been for us. The drivers have all been nice, polite, and never made me nervous to be out in the boonies with a broke down vehicle in the middle of the night- none of the Melton people have ever made me feel concerned or uncomfortable, and as a woman out in the dark country side alone, that is a very very positive thing. Melton's has never damaged my vehicle further ( as one tow service in town had), and are very professional as well as kind people. You can trust Melton's to be there, tow your vehicle safely and to be as helpful as they can.

It was already an emotional trip, when midway through our travels, we unexpectedly heard a pop in the engine, the vehicle started running hot, and we ended up stranded on the side of the road in 103° heat with no family or friends anywhere nearby. I called the local U-Haul location while trying to figure out what to do, and they referred me to Hills Motors Towing. That is when I met Jeremy, the owner/operator. I can honestly say I have never met a more family-oriented, customer-service-focused business owner. Jeremy agreed to pick us up and tow us, and he arrived within under 30 minutes. Once he looked at the vehicle, he was able to quickly identify the likely issue. Even more impressive, he had the knowledge, experience, and parts inventory available to get us taken care of right there. Within about two hours, he had my family and me fixed up and back on the road. The pricing was more than fair, so much so that I felt compelled to leave a tip. I cannot thank Jeremy and the team at Hills Motors Towing enough for what they did for my family when we were complete strangers in a difficult situation. Words truly cannot express our gratitude. I highly recommend them to anyone needing towing or auto service in the Childress area.
