CT Concrete was great to work with and I highly recommend! Terry came out himself when we were not…read moreable to be home and we talked through what we needed done. He was quick to provide a quote and answered all my questions about the price, the strength of the concrete and what to expect. We were pleased with his quote and signed the contract. It took 8 weeks for the team to schedule us (which is typical, FYI). When the crew were ready, they called to check on our availability and right away spent the day taking out our old asphalt and concrete and framing the area. They asked for half the payment at that point. The next day (Friday) they taped and covered with plastic our front door, our garage etc so there would be no splatters, then in the afternoon came and poured-making sure to contact me to make sure I knew what was happening. Then on Saturday, their crew came out again to clean up the plastic and put back our landscape pavers and rocks that they had to remove to add the concrete frames. I especially appreciated how kind the crew was and how hard they worked to put back the landscaping exactly as I wanted. Terry came to check on the work personally and did not want the other half of our payment until he knew that I was fully satisfied with the work that was done. Great work and communication and a fair price.

They called ahead of time (two hour window - they arrived a little early!) They were professional and thorough - it looks great, and I feel like it's one more "house item" checked off that's not going to stress me out. Original review below: This is my initial review - I am working with Justin Swegart. I made this appointment what feels like forever ago - and 1. he texted me he was on his way 2. arrived almost on the dot during the scheduled window (c'mon, we all know that's a rough arrival time when they have multiple clients, right?) For Justin: he was friendly, he was clear about the options, and communicated everything out as far as "what needs done," "what's in good shape," and "things to keep an eye on." He didn't push upselling, didn't push me to spend an extra $4k on work that wasn't necessary, he gave us all the options to make an informed decision. He explained the processes, the materials used, and didn't try to get overly technical or litter with terminology to make it seem fancier than it is. I felt more educated in just talking with him! So I've made my deposit with them (thanks to Justin). I'll update this as the contract moves forward!

The deterioration has continued to spread, and sections of the driveway now look significantly aged despite regular care and no unusual usage. I contacted the company multiple times in 2025 and 2026 to discuss the excessive cracking and chipping and to ask about possible repair options or warranty coverage. Unfortunately, the responses I received did not resolve the issue, and the condition of the driveway continues to worsen. Their only response was to tell me to apply another sealer coat. This will not stop the chipping which is occurring from underneath the surface due to insufficient bonding agent.
