Overall, I'm happy with the results and would consider using them again for future work.

Bill the owner of this lovely and efficient customization and car detail shop personally answered…read moreall my questions via phone, text, and seemed to have done the window tint and ceramic coating for my 2012 SLK (talk about amazing customer service and an honor!) Bill uses high-quality materials, he used Suntek for my 30% tint and made sure it was legal to drive in California (since I'm not too well-versed in car detailing and legal window tint shades at all). For the 7-year/lifetime ceramic coating, Bill used Opticoat Pro Plus over the body of my car, which has an amazingly smooth and glossy finish. He recommended Opticoat Glass Pro ceramic coating for my windshield and windows as well (to prevent high-speed rock damages on the freeway), which I happily agreed to get. I really appreciated all of Bill's thoughtful recommendations, especially knowing the weather up in the Bay Area where I'm originally from. All of these customizations together cost $1998, which is far less than what I had been quoted by certain shops back in the Bay. Also Bill's turn around time for coating and curing the car was less than 2 days for everything, whereas I had been quoted over a week back in the Bay (and with a much longer commute from where I live!) For the quality of service, details, and kind customer service, I'd recommend any friend in Arizona to go on over and visit Bill for detailing and work - 11/10! Thanks so much for making my old gal so spotless and more resilient, even in older age!!

I was a little skeptical about the lack of online presence but Excalibur had a great rating on the Better Business Bearuo. I took a chance and boy was it worth it! After researching many of the companies doing ceramic coatings in the area, I called Ride-N-Shine and spoke to John Bates regarding the process of getting a ceramic coating. He is very professional and did an absolutely perfect job on my car. I watched him and noticed his attention to each and every detail on the car. He is obviously very good at his job bringing everything he needed to my home including water, pressure washer, and all the other supplies needed. He did not even use the electricity at my house. The cost was very reasonable compared to the other companies I considered. Thanks for a job well done John.

I have detailed everything from daily drivers to rare concourse level and auction show vehicles. As a detailer, I always steered clear of installing clear bra and vinyl wrap. It is exhaustingly precise work that can go bad at any turn because we live in a dust bowl. I did my research on the current state of professional detailing in the areas and I was almost ready to travel to California to have what I needed done. Luckily I discovered 48 Detailing and, after reviewing their portfolio, it became my clear choice. As a military veteran I was also happy to go with a veteran owned business. From the very first contact their customer service was, and continued to be, exceptional. Each employee I interacted with during this multi-day process was talented, extremely friendly, and particularly professional. There is literally nothing I could think of that I would improve. The price was realistic and fair for the top-tier quality of the products used and the flawless work. I cannot overstate how much I wish every organization was this good. Scheduling, continued communication throughout the process, and quality control were beyond reproach. Without exception, this is my new go-to detailing, clear bra, and tint shop. I will definitely use them again, and recommend them without exception. No matter where you are located, they are worth the trip.
