Tellers are great and friendly, but try to get a financial officer to return your calls. For years ago I did some mortgage work with the bank. It was very hard to get the officer to return calls. He eventually left on vacation and left myself and another officer in a last minute panic to get things done in time. Very poor handoff and professionalism. Now I am back to the same Branch. Again he does not return calls. First time it waited 2 days to hear back from him and eventually had to drive to the branch so I could run into him. I did, and he said to phone and set up a meeting time the next week. I left message on phone and am again waiting. Branch has been open for over two hours and still haven't heard from him. Guess only his time is valuable and mine is worth nothing. Not good for a Bank that claims superior service. read more
