( elaine nazario) manager promised to fix and also (daniel chin) the business specialist and nothing. don't bank here. they do not care about the customers, only about opening accounts and once they give you amazing service to open your account they don't care about you.

whne i went to this branch this morning i had to wait for…read morethe bank to opemn. i was there after 8 and the bank opens at 9 i parked in the bank lot not in a handicapped spot and not in employee parking. just a customer parking spot. i never left my car; i just waited till the bnak would open. about 8:30 a bank employee pulled up alongside me and said you can't park here. she went on and on. you have to leave this lot, she kept on saying. i said i am waiting for this bank to open. once the bank did open - and it opened late - and after i did my business inside the same employee came over to harangue me again as to parking while waiting for the bank to open. She then walked me through the process to deposit and cash several checks. Natalie asked what increments I would like my cash in and gave some suggestions on what bills would be best for my needs. She explained why she could not cash a check over six months and offered guidance on the next steps to get the check reissued.
