TERRIBLE SERVICE!!! This bank touts "legendary" service. Oh it's legendary all right. LEGENDARY TERRIBLE. Ever since they got caught and fined money laundering it went down hill. They're closing branches! Try calling their 24/7 customer service line!!! Over 1 hour waiting! BTW my card was compromised. I got 3 replacements. They co mingled my account with someone else who is not on my account. Also had my legal name wrong on another. You can't pick up a card in the branch. They make you wait 10 days by mail or u can pay a hefty fee forme express delivery. Also nake you wait 10 days when you report a fraudulent transaction for the credit to your account. Balance transfer took 1 month to complete forcing the regular payment to be paid on the cards intended to be transferred. Log in is always broken and again can't get anyone on the phone to fix it. I'm so done. Going to file a complaint with the department of banking and insurance then march down there Monday morning and withdraw all my money to end my relationship with them. Warming everyone! Terrible service. Ridiculous requirement. It wasted me an hour but nothing gets done. I went to PNC and the process went very smoothly.

This is the worst managed bank I have experienced. I live in town and try to never go here. They don't open on time, the staff is not courteous, or professional. There is no respect for anyones's time. Do yourself a favor and drive the extra 2 min to the other side of town to the Wyckoff branch (on Midland Park/Wyckoff border) where the manager, Emily has an efficient and professional staff. If this was my only experience with TD Banks I would change immediately. Thankfully, the bank as a whole is great but avoid this branch. read more

Not "America's most convenient bank". Drive thru should be open same hours as walk in. Waiting 20 minutes to deposit one business check due to 2 tellers is ridiculous. read more

They were very helpful and professional in handling a personal business matter of mine and my mother's estate. They went above and beyond to make sure the whole issue was handled according to protocol and in the end everything winded up working out just fine. One of the worse TD branches. I worked for TD a number of years ago and have also banked with this institution since it was Commerce. I am very familiar with TD's policies and procedures. Cannot stress enough how bad this bank is with even the most basic of transactions. In the last two years, I have yet to have a positive, easy experience when working with this branch. All of my transactions including deposits, withdraws, getting a new debit card, and cashing a check, have been a challenge meriting managerial involvement. On my last visit, the teller did not understand (or did not want to) put a check in as cash, even though there was triple the amount of the check already in the account. When I requested a manager come (as I'm used to problems with this branch) the teller got the manager while openly bad mouthing me lol. "Everyone is a critic, this woman wants a manager, everyone knows best." I literally told her I could hear her and it didn't slow her down one bit. I was honestly almost amused because who acts like this? The manager did not apologize for her behavior but did the best she could to tell the teller to stop arguing, but the teller continued with "all my customers love me so it's you". I'll literally go to any other location and would suggest all others do the same. read more

why is it the teller working the drive up, has to also conduct transactions in the lobby, PUT MORE TELLERS ON STAFF, it's not rocket science, also drive up window lane is so narrow, I can barely drive my pickup truck through it, very limited parking read more

Very unhelpful branch , years ago it was different and it WAS my preferable location. There were 2 times in a row(I decided to give it another try) then they just can not do the job right. I call the branch to order the money, they told me to call back in an hour because the person who takes the orders is not there. REALLY?!?! You have to have a special person for that??? DONT GO TO THIS BANK sadly if you get the wrong girl you will not be able to get anything done. Why can I go to other branches within a few miles and have no issues but today this women wants additional paperwork that I would never have in my car. Then I call customer services and they called the branch to try to talk to them. customer services gets back on the phone with me and say yeah well it looks like it is discretionary on if they want to ask for my wedding certificate or not. I just think its crap. i have multiple accounts at this bank and a ID plus other cards with my name on it then why can't you just give me my money. Most of the people that work in this Bank are not bad, but this is a review for Norma, one of the women who sit at the desks. She seems like a nice lady but every time I am in there she seems to need a manager to handle every person for her. I went in there requesting a automatic fund transfer dispute about 3 weeks ago. She couldn't understand my request on her own and needed the manager to come assist her. Once I completed the paperwork I called the company that had taken the money out and they agreed to refund me without a bank dispute. Call TD Bank 2 hours after going in there and requested they remove the dispute. Norma was again speaking with a manager and another client, so I left a message with a gentleman that was working there. Fast forward three weeks later and I received a letter from the company that had I had issues with. Apparently Norma never did her job or the gentleman never spoke to her and the dispute was through, resulting in me getting fined an additional $35 for a missed payment. Went in today to attempt to speak with Norma and she was again dealing with another customer and the manager. I was extremely frustrated but another woman assisted me and she was extremely helpful which I am grateful for. As mentioned before Norma seems like she is very nice, but if you need assistance every time you're doing the job you're supposed to be doing what's the point of having it? read more

Hi Do not go to this branch or use it if you are a TD customer the new manager Diana is so rude. I have several business accounts and a few personal accounts. I had some unauthorized charges on my account, I asked that it be blocked. They told me they would do it. They never did it and continued to let the charges go through. So i received all sorts of crazy overdraft fees. SShe refuses to give me my overdraft fees even though it was her mistake. Then she straight out lied and said she never said she would put a block on my account. Thank god it was an account with very little in it or they would have got all my money. Be careful if you have any accounts there watch your money. Then she actually told me to move all my accounts out of there what kind of bank manager does that. There customer service is horrible the oviously don't care about there customers and the safety of there money. If your thinking about getting and account there think twice. They hold your checks till your so low on funds then they let them go through all at once so they can charge you crazy overdraft fees. Oh and they are never wrong. To bad the old manager left he was great. read more
