They minimize the number of kids working at this location which is nice because it seems like everyone is versed in policy and quick with making transactions. A couple of times during they week they get busy. Around the holidays at lunch time on occasion you can't a parking spot. There is usually a cop out front which doesn't really make me feel any safer. I would avoid the woman that works the drive through like the plague, she is without a doubt the most unpleasant woman you could deal with. She ALWAYS ruins my day.

FANTASTIC question! Let's start with the basics: -Tried to hit me with $135 in fees within a month of opening my account. -Minimum balances on every account. -Arcane and confusing system of fees. -Attempted to charge me TWO service fees for a singular instance of falling below the minimum balance on my savings account. -Charges 8 bucks a pop for bank checks. -Just increased the non-TD ATM fee. Combined with the fees charged by the other bank, you could wind up paying more than $5 for the privilege of convenience! But those are blips on the radar screen compared to the circus that occurred in September, when my fiancée and I applied for a mortgage prequalification. Not a mortgage, just a measly prequalification so we could shop around for homes with some financial strength behind us. We sat in the bank for 90 minutes, providing way more detail than ordinarily required for a prequal. The language from the bankers was so overwhelmingly positive - "Oh yeah, don't worry, we'll get one out to you as soon as we can." "Oh sure, we just need to get some more info, and it'll go through." It never did go through. I got rejected for a mortgage by my OWN BANK. We were made to think we would never be able to get a home. If TD couldn't even prequalify us, who would ever write a mortgage? Today, I write this Yelp as a new homeowner, financed by a far superior financial institution, which prequalified me in 24 hours and underwrote a mortgage in 3 weeks, with a better interest rate no less. My fiancée and I are so, so happy... no thanks to TD Bank. Peace out, suckers.
