Other large banks don't make you do that. Then you have to wait 7-10 days to get your new card, they don't give you a temporary card in the meantime. Otherwise the staff is very friendly, and the drive thru is always quick!

From service fees that don't show up until the end of the month for things Farmington never charged for, to the horrible design of their online banking site, to transactions that show up on your online statement immediately, but aren't deducted from your account yet, making it difficult to know how much money you actually have until 24-48 hours later. They are a nightmare. A NIGHTMARE! I feel like I am living in a nightmare. I cannot believe I have to change the account number I have had since I was 11 years old.

This is a review of the ATM only at this location. I think…read moredue to the current pandemic the lobby is closed. Haven't been here before it was the most convenient ATM to withdraw funds from my account. It was simple to get there off I84 but I know that intersection that it is located at can be pretty busy getting in and off. The location is one of their larger location and I'll have to update my review after their lobby reopens. Their outdoor services were two drive thru windows that are tubes which are fast and efficient but make it hard to fit a lot into them. The ATM was a little messy which makes me wonder if it's maintained while the Branch is closed. I completed a withdrawal and asked for a receipt but it didn't print and seem to have Ben jammed which made it hard as I need the receipt to tell me information regarding my account. Through a process of trial and error I was able to get my funds though it would have been easy to have information for a informed next decision especially when it comes to my assets information is important. Hope that the Branch will reopen soon.
