Even the staff notes that many customers are often concerned about tickets. Other than that, I prefer this location to the one on Amity Rd.

I am very dissatisfied with the treatment I've received from your bank on multiple times. 1) Your fees for a business checking are unreal-Bank of America offers business accounts with no monthly fees. 2) I tried to apply for a vehicle loan and when I asked for information I was told to fill out an application and they get sent to another company and I'd know in a week or two...you lost out on that because I went through Chase. 3) Multiple calls a day claiming to be Visa Fraud Protection that call at least 5 times a day. 4) I was scammed when you leaked my phone numbers to my account and they got my PIN number...and if you did not leak them then how did they have the number on the account and know I banked at Connex and not Citi Financial or BOA? The account will be closed as soon as my direct deposit is deposited into my new account. I will be telling all friends and family to find a different banking institution than Connex. ALSO, Your staff at the North Haven branch are very unpleasant to deal with. I know you only work in marketing but maybe you can let one of your superiors know of my complaints, I am sure I am not the only one with a negative review.

BEWARE! B of A has been sitting on almost $75,000 of my 92…read moreyear-old mother's stolen funds since 7/29/2022 from a forged check scam. Three of my mother's checks --written from a Citizen's Bank account -- were forged and brought for deposit to a New Haven B of A branch. B of A recognized that the checks were forged and stopped the money from going to the thieves but REFUSES to return the money to my mother. They last told us that there is nothing more they can do. This is elder abuse! An elderly woman's savings -- literally saved by a school teacher -- is being kept by B of A, a huge corporation rather than returned to its rightful owner. All research, paperwork, verification etc between both banks has been completed; police reports filed, everything in order and B of A REFUSES to return the money. The following people in their bank fraud dept are directly complicit: Britney, Supervisor and Andrew, Supervisor. When I last spoke to both of them they refused to connect me to their legal department or ANYONE else in the bank because we are not B of A account holders. Andrew told me to go open a B of A account at a local branch and "maybe they would talk and give more information." I can't believe this can happen but I am now talking to others who have had a similar experience. We're going to the FBI, and talking to news media about doing a story on this B of A practice of keeping retrieved funds from bank fraud rather than returning funds to their rightful owners. Meanwhile, my brother and I are paying for my mother's care.

Not only were they trying to fix the problem in the computers, they also kept explaining and reassuring us along the way while they were doing the changes in the super complicated system. We felt such warmth and kindness from them, and wanna thank them for going out of their ways to help us and treat us so nicely. It was a Saturday late morning, when they could have gone off work at 12pm but they stayed and helped us. We were so so grateful and went home with our bank account fixed as joint.
