I finally replied telling him no...that I'm basically not interested (I probably should have called him out for what he was doing but it was so surreal, uncomfortable and weird.) I didn't hear from him for a few months but he just texted me again saying the same things...and he mentioned living close to me...which means he definitely remembered my address... I sat on line for 2 hrs just to take out money. I thought it was ridiculous. Even before the pandemic I sat online for almost an half hour . Teachers always having issues on Friday with their Atm machine. Long line waiting to use it but either it runs out of money or someone card gets stuck in it. I don't understand why they dont have more than two atm machines. Another issue is most banks don't charge fees but teachers charge fees for almost everything.
