Maybe I will revise my review at some point. Opened my account with TD recently. Last time I was here, in the morning, two bankers walked in ahead of me, an older white man in a suit and tie and a tall, younger female, also suited; the guy held the door for the woman but then just let the door shut on me. I thought this was quite rude. I guess customers are beneath him, especially if they don't look the part of the clientele they want (? rich, ? white), but this is just speculation. Not sure if I should switch my storefront banking to Paoli. If anyone from TD read this, take note. This is not the way to drum up business. And, especially in this area, not all people are what they seem, when it comes to wealth so it is smarter business practice to try not to offend anyone. You don't know who someone is or whom they might know. I would be curious to know who the guy was. Was he the main banker or just a low level employee. He did eventually sit at one of the computer desks in the open work area.
In contrast to the guy, female banker sitting at the desk closest to the door was professional on the two occasions I have been in the bank. read more
