It was 10 am so I was lucky to have only one person ahead of me. The teller (are they still called that?) was very nice and waived the $5 fee when I raised my eye brows. What the heck? When did money orders become so expensive? They used to be a buck. Anyway, she got me everything I needed, quickly and with a smile. I'll take Chase over Wells Fargo or Bank of America any day of the week. This branch is exceptionally clean, modern and new. Just be prepared to pay for the metered parking since they have no private lot.

Most if not all banks always reimburse their customers for fraudulent losses without any hassle. Conclusion: Put your money in a reputable bank unless you want to assume the risk, and don't wait until you learn your lesson the hard way.

I go to this branch for the mere convenience that it is next to my office (and Sunset Place). Except on Monday mornings and Friday afternoons (payroll) the teller lines move fairly quickly. Even then, the staff is generally pleasant and willing to help. They were also helpful in straightening out an issue with Fraud Protection when the people in the national call center still thought I was in San Francisco and wouldn't allow me to charge a transaction in Miami, almost causing me to miss my morning coffee!

Although there was a bit of a wait for a teller, the person who helped me (I believe their name was Annette) was a GEM. So thorough and kind. They made sure to follow all procedures and recommended I count the currency and check it against my official receipt before leaving. I had seen this bank many times when visiting CocoWalk nearby and somehow had never gone. Turns out yesterday that I needed to go to the bank to take out some cash. I rarely carry cash, being the millennial that I am and opting for cards instead. However, I had a Yelp Elite event and I needed cash to tip the lovely waitstaff. I had incorrectly assumed that my boyfriend had time to go to an ATM and he had done the same with me. Fortunately for us, I was somewhat near to one. Unfortunately for me and my aching feet, as I was stupid and wore the wrong shoes, I walked all the way to this bank with my dear friend. It was a five-minute walk, but it felt much longer, especially with the way the GPS was giving me directions. Not to mention that I ended up getting a blister, but you know what? At least I got to the bank! The bank itself was closed. From what I saw, they have ATMs inside. At first I thought I would have to go inside to go to the ATM and I was about to have it as in seriously lose my temper. Then, lightning struck (not literally by the way) and I noticed two ATMs outside. I felt completely and utterly mystified, but hey, I wasn't going to push my luck. Oh, and adding to that feeling, I realized I was a pretty big blockhead. At any rate, I got my cash and I was happy. I only wish I had driven there rather than walked. They seem to have ample parking. Cannot comment on drive-thru ATMs though.

I arrived early, but checked in and asked if there was any possibility of being seen early. It was a very simple matter that unfortunately required me to be there in person. I was curtly informed that I would be seen at the appointment time. Period. No consideration, no respect, no professionalism. I am now in the process of changing banks. I don't need special attention, just to be treated like a human.

Whenever I need money during work hours or while I'm in the south Miami area it's just walking distance from the mall. The staff is friendly here and willing to help with whatever transaction you need. Since it's a small branch it can get packed pretty quickly. The parking situation isn't the best since there is only 4 spots just in front of the bank and the rest of the parking is shared by all the other store fronts on the same block.
