We said we would wait and she said you should go somewhere else repeatedly. We said we would wait the 30 minutes and she pretty much told us to leave, we can't help you. Extremely rude and terrible customer service. Pushing people out of a bank who have been customers of TD for 15 plus years is absolute not acceptable!!!!!!!

The first thing I would say is that TD Bank should change their motto from "the most convenient…read morebank" to the most "Inconvenient bank". It is very clear why they receive so many one star reviews. I was at the drive-through today trying to simply cash a government issued check. The entire process took more than 25 minutes. It took three people to come to the window to try to resolve this extremely difficult procedure of cashing a check. Especially since we are at a bank. The manager was inconsistent, unprofessional, rude, and walked away when I asked her for her name. The two tellers were equally unprepared and unprofessional. When I asked one of the tellers the manager's name, she told me I could write it down and quite frankly I think she made up a name. The transaction which should have been simple and quick, became frustrating, drawn out, and certainly not to the advantage of myself, the customer. I immediately called someone at the headquarter office so that I could report this extremely negative and unnecessary experience. Honestly, if you are unprofessional, unprepared and unqualified apply for a job at TD Bank.

I only saw this in receiving my monthly statement. Calls to the CB main office (person handling my account in the Cherry Hill branch was irresponsible, ducked calls and Emails) resulted in me being told the bank can change one's interest rate at any time, No Reason Necessary. 3 - My corresponding savings account at TD Bank was earning a consistent 4.1%. Keeping my account at CB cost me well over $1000. in lost interest for one year. I have CLOSED the CB account and am Very Sorry to ever have opened it. They get you in acting like you're going to get a low interest rate on your car loans, they tell you interest rates from like 3.5% of 17% however they can't even tell you what criteria needs to be for what bracket of interest rates. I've never taken out a loan where they couldn't tell me what criteria you to meet to see if you even wanna do business with them. Technically you could have perfect credit and you can meet all the criteria and still get 17 percent interest rate if that's what they want to give you. It is a scam. Stay away from them. They lure you in on false pretense and then can't answer any questions which as a financial Institute they should be able to answer all questions. A car salesman could answer more questions about finance than their own financial institution can answer. They lost my business on that. Could've made a lot of money off my loan, I've been with the banks and their credit cards for over 15 years, I have a personal relationship with finance as well. So this leads me to believe that they have under trained staff. Ignorance is no excuse. For anyone who's reading this, in case you are unaware, as many people are, when they run your credit if you decide to not take out a loan with them, it will drop your credit by 20+ points. If you don't take the loan, it looks like you've got denied. Therefore them not being able to answer your questions properly could result in you dropping into a credit score bracket that you won't be able to get lower interest rates because they suckered you in. If you want to Bank with them, they aren't so bad they have benefits other banks don't have. But it comes the cost because there's only one location in the entire state of New Jersey.
