The manager, Danielle Sanchez is more untrained that the teller. I had an issue that she didn't really address at all and she did nothing but defend her friend saying that she was the best teller they have. Well if she was the best, I'd hate to see their worst. All I received was spicy attitude and a lack of good customer service. It's really a shame. Very unsatisfied. Will not be coming back, dont waste your time. These people need to be held accountable.

A busy day at the bank waiting to take care of some account maintenance with the customer service…read moreside of the bank. Both the tellers and the bankers had lines with people that needed to open accounts, withdraw cash or make a payment for their lending. Jennifer the Branch's manager help me take care of my banking needs quickly and efficiently. Left there a little longer that I would have but with the place still pretty full of other banking customers I was glad to leave the hustle and bustle behind.

I went into the bank to have a few documents notarized. As I am called over for assistance, the…read morefirst thing the notary asks me is "so your documents aren't labeled?" as if she was inconvenienced with me flipping through a few pages to find the right area that required a signature. On each page that required a signature there is a large sentence in bold print that states "ALL DOCUMENTS MUST BE SIGNED IN BLACK INK" which I also mentioned when I sat down. The notary however signed everything in blue at one time. Once I realized what had been done I brought it to her attention and she said, "oh, well I always sign in blue. If they don't accept it just come back another day and someone else can sign for you." I'm not sure which was more upsetting, her insensitive mannerisms, unapologetic words, nonchalant body language or her failure to actively listen and read.

He was adamant that I couldnt get my money until tomorrow. I left the branch disappointed to go to another branch to see if this was a real thing. Upon going to the tenth street location in Wilmington I was told by the banker there that I could absolutely get the money that was in my account and they helped me get my withdrawl. Ive been a customer for years and never dealt with a teller lying in my face about my own money. With that being said I ended my relationship with Wells by withdrawling all of my money as well informing the organization that I work with (They are severing ties with Wells Fargo as well). To be discriminated against and not being able to get the money that belongs to me was insulting. There is room for training at this Branch.

This is the Citizens Bank branch I have been working with since the beginning…read more I have seen a lot of staff come on go but only thing was same is Smiling and helpful employees. I have 3 different accounts with Citizens. 1 Personal 2 Businesses. Current Branch Manager is great with interrelations and very knowledgeable. I easily send more than 10 of my friends to open an account there. Hope they did. Congrats to Citizens Banks and Suburban Plaza Branch
