Don (the owner)…read moreis a straight shooter, has told me many times to go back to the dealer because they should be responsible for fixing the problem. His pricing is always fair, we'll under dealerships, tells you if a new problem pops up and calls you to get permission to fix it so there are no surprises when your vehicle is done! Frenzel's also has a mechanic named Anthony who is well trained on newer vehicles, diagnostics and electronics. Great people, friendly, and personable, that's why I've been going with them for 53 years!!!!

I paid Linton $1,500 upfront to fix my engine. He told me the engines I provided didn't work but…read morethey came from a reputable 4-star company that's been in business over 10 years. My car was drivable when I brought it in. After he worked on it, it was left undrivable, with parts unplugged, engine bars removed, and key components missing. When I took it to another mechanic, I showed them the receipts and parts I had purchased for the repair. The new mechanic pointed out that some of the old parts were still on the car meaning the new parts I paid for were never installed. That raised serious concerns: Did Linton keep the new parts for personal use and just take the money? I asked for a refund, and he only gave back $400 despite doing no real work and leaving my car in worse condition. I lost $1,100 and had to pay another shop to replace my engine properly. As a teacher with no second income, this was financially and emotionally devastating. I trusted him because he worked in a shop but that trust was a costly mistake. Please get a second opinion if you've had work done by Linton or plan to. I'm now requesting the remaining $1,100 refund, which is more than fair considering the damage and dishonesty. Don't let this happen to you.

My vehicle was perfectly fine when I arrived for my appointment at 9am. Joe disrespected me as a woman, I was told I was lucky it decided to break down and refuse to start, suddenly, 5 feet in front of his bay door, He refused to give the battery a full charge or replace it as I requested. He immediately blamed the starter. He pulled every slimy trick a mechanic could. My vehicle was trapped there and I was told to call an Uber and leave. I LM at 1:30, he instead called my husband back at the very end of business day at 4:55 with "diagnoses" and quote for repair and was upset when phone was handed to me & I spoke to him even though it is my car and I am dealing with it. The very end of next day was my when my car was released to me, over 400 bucks later. He refused to hand over the starter, All this right before July 4th weekend when no one was available to look at it and confirm this supposed repair was needed. I have a new mechanic looking at it next week after he gets off vacation because now I have no idea what he did to it as it was perfectly fine when we pulled in other than those couple of cosmetic repairs I needed a quote on. Avoid this place, He preys on older people and that is why I suspect he gets all these great reviews because that is all I saw in his waiting room. I am so angry and upset I was taken advantage of. Yes I am old.

I was satisfied with every single aspect of my visit and have been coming back for everything that I need to do with the vehicle. Who knew you could find an old-fashioned mechanic, with values, in today's time? I highly recommend Winter's over all others in the area.

Quick service time which was a plus (I was actually the only car customer on a Monday at 11am - seems like a perfect time if you don't want to wait!). What attracted me to this auto repair center is due to the fact that they offer a Groupon for a state inspection for $40 (normally $65), and it was honored with no issues. Billy really looks out for his customers and provides service with a smile so I'll definitely be back!
