(There is a park behind the beer garden, so the overall vibe is super chill.) As for the food and drink, they exceeded our expectations. After having eaten out a lot over a two-week trip, the food here was much better than most of the places we visited in Germany. The pasta my daughter had was great -- lots of fresh veggies mixed in and it was her most memorable dish the entire two weeks. I had the white asparagus with a schnitzel and could not have been happier -- the asparagus and hollandaise sauce was outstanding, and the schnitzel one of the better I had all trip. As for the service, the folks who helped us were polite, funny and cool. I highly recommend this establishment. So glad we found it. Highly, highly recommended!!

All of their meat is of good quality, though, and despite the fly-in-beer incident I could tell that all of their ingredients were regularly checked for cleanliness. Great place to for a cheap, yummy bite to eat, but honestly you're in Germany, so I really hope you aren't eating here EVERY day and go check out the beer gardens!
