They ring that giant bell periodically and have live music. Still, make no mistake, it's a restaurant for tourists. We sat for lunch and no reservations were required. The beer was good as was the food. You're saving about 5 Euro at Watzke per person by crossing the river for revert same experience you would have had adjacent to the replica buildings in old town. Make the wise choice.

This cut of pork was a bit thicker and so juicy. Yet the crust was crispy and golden. It was perfect. The potato salad was really good too. I had a beer Flight and loved all the beers. They all paired wonderfully with the food. The restaurant is beautiful and bright. Nice outdoor seating as well. One of my favorite meals on my trip!
