We arrived back from the holiday to find a beautifully fitted new bathroom , retiled, new vanity unit, toilet, shower unit and bath. Would highly recommend Franky and his team for doing an excellent job with the bathroom. They are very reasonably priced for the work carried out, especially as some quotes given were double the price of fitting. I am really pleased with the work done, and will use FJB services as my go to fitters, and household repair professionals in the future! Thank you once again Franky for a job well done!

I ordered a walnut and glass multimedia display system, it was perfect for me, the staff were really helpful and worked through all the options with me and told me that the units were coming from Germany to my specification and may take 4-6 weeks. Sure enough on week 4 i got a call to make a home visit to install them for me and all within 6 weeks. the installers did a really good job too; DFS and places like that wouldn't have managed that, I've made that mistake before independent retailers all the way. "Wouldn't be caught dead in there" is something I have heard in the past in casual banterous conversation. The brutal honest truth en mi opinion behind such casual remarks is that people who have a little bit of wealth do not want to be seen amongst people with little or no wealth. Now I'm not going to apologize for calling a cow a cow folks because under all the subliminal messages and "joking" aside this is how it is!! Sad and pathetic isn't it? We are living in the 21st century yet STILL..... there seems to be a casting system very much in place, albeit in the periphery of our social psychological dimensions!!! Although I do have one complaint!!! Whilst looking for some furniture a particular Bed frame was actually more expensive here than in that DreamZzz place. Shocking!!! I thought you were meant to be the cheapest place B&M?????? Joking aside this place really is fantastic for finding those amazing photography pictures, Eiffel tower in black and white New York pictures et al as well as lots of other things to decorate your home. A simple hello is good enough, I'm sure they do it to put off thieves but it puts off genuine customers too. The store is well laid out and easy to navigate but if you can't find what your looking for the staff will point you in the right direction. Keep an eye out for the clearance lines, you'll see them dotted around the store and there are some good deals to be had, especially if you're happy to have the last model rather than the latest model.

They sell locks, ladders, guttering, chain, buckets almost anything you can think of. The staff are very friendly and helpful. You can pay by Card which is useful and there are a few parking spaces on the road or you can park in the carpark right next door. The prices are just as good as larger DIY stores yet you get a more personal service from local people. I would choose barratts over B&Q every time!

Something that could be easily rectified with the right management and merchandising. I will still shop here but only on the fact of I know what I need and can pre-order online.
