we bought a £1000 tv. the staff member was knowledgeable…read moreand friendly.. until we refused the extra warranty. after that there was a long delay in processing our order starting with having to order online despite being in shop because the order processing glitched and the assistant walked off. We were not even going to bother leaving this review but today we received a fine for exceeding the parking time. it is likely that we were more than 2 hourd Curry's alone. it is unlikely that we will visit this store again and Currys should reimburse our £60 parking fine as they contributed to us receiving it.

I found it hard to complete this review as there isn't the option to give no stars for the…read moreunbelievable poor customer service that Curry's think is acceptable, we purchased a LG tv for £1700 after 3 weeks the tv stopped working, after speaking to the call centre they told us to go down to our store in Blackpool to either ask for a new replacement tv or a refund, we decided to ask for a refund because we had lost all confidence in this LG tv and after-reading poor reviews regarding this product. This is when this unbelievable saga started, we were told by the store we need the Seriel number off the back of the Tv to process the refund which wait for it is still on our wall, we drove home managed to get the 65" tv off the wall got the requested number went back to the store to be told they need the tv to be collected before we can receive our refund. That ladies and gentleman is now over 4 weeks ago, we emailed currys customer services and was advised to cc currys CEO on the email which we did the CEO name is Mr ALEXANDER BALDOCK which a very quick response from Mr DAVID WAGSTAF title executive resolution team who said he was acting on behalf of the CEO he agreed the treatment we had received to be totally unacceptable and we thought this man was representing Mr Baldock and it should only be a matter of days before we can receive our refund and move on. If only this was true, after over 4 weeks the tv sits on my living room floor waiting to be collected this despite the direct intervention of the man representing the CEO, Mr WAGSTAFF, currys have so called attempted to collect this tv 4 times 3 times never turning up saying they couldn't find our address funny that because they found our address when they delivered it. The next excuse they rang but could not get a phone reception? the one time they actually turned up but without a box to take the tv away. All we want is our brand new LG tv cost refunded and this 65 inch tv off my lounge floor but if the CEO representive can't make this happen please, please who can.
