The staff knowledge is good however they're pushy and pounce on you when you walk in, some training would help. A simple hello is good enough, I'm sure they do it to put off thieves but it puts off genuine customers too. The store is well laid out and easy to navigate but if you can't find what your looking for the staff will point you in the right direction. Keep an eye out for the clearance lines, you'll see them dotted around the store and there are some good deals to be had, especially if you're happy to have the last model rather than the latest model.

Although the show room looks small you'll be amazed at the amount of choice they manage to cram into this place. Although fairly expensive for most of the year they do have great sales which are a great opportunity to bag a bargain. Be warned though these events are very popular and once its gone its gone - be prepare to go and be decisive about purchases because you really can't afford to come back later it's normally gone

It's not over priced and a majority of items are very reasonable. This place has been revamped over the years but they still have a great little cafe at the back which offers some nice options. It does tend to get busy at the weekends so try and avoid the busiest eating times I tend to visit over Christmas as I find their Christmas offering to be one of the best in the area for both value and range of selection

"Never let them see you coming"!!! What a line!! You see people with money, who have always had it aren't that bothered about showing it off!! It's those who have recently acquired wealth are the ones flashing it, unwittingly flashing also their stupidity in the process!! The reason I make this point is that there will be a lot of people who look down upon not so much this place but places like £stretcher. "Wouldn't be caught dead in there" is something I have heard in the past in casual banterous conversation. The brutal honest truth en mi opinion behind such casual remarks is that people who have a little bit of wealth do not want to be seen amongst people with little or no wealth. Now I'm not going to apologize for calling a cow a cow folks because under all the subliminal messages and "joking" aside this is how it is!! Sad and pathetic isn't it? We are living in the 21st century yet STILL..... there seems to be a casting system very much in place, albeit in the periphery of our social psychological dimensions!!! I want to officially now to declare myself out of this school of thought!!!! I love £stretcher and I love B&M prices here are well off the retail price and that is ok with me. Although I do have one complaint!!! Whilst looking for some furniture a particular Bed frame was actually more expensive here than in that DreamZzz place. Shocking!!! I thought you were meant to be the cheapest place B&M?????? Joking aside this place really is fantastic for finding those amazing photography pictures, Eiffel tower in black and white New York pictures et al as well as lots of other things to decorate your home.
