So I know the SEO needed work and it may have other issues keeping it from being indexed. I spoke with them for several days and told them what messages I was receiving from Google and not indexing and a problem I did know about that the person who did the web site for me caused. After a few days Brian said the everything was OK in the site and keywords etc and the problem is the indexing. He also said it was because of what the original designed did. He gave me a price to fix that mainly which was reasonable but would not give me "any" kind of guarantee this would fix it. I am not the expert but they advertise they are? If they checked out the website and everything else that can cause it not to index they should know. If I called on the phone and asked, most would say they need to check it out first before they can give me a price, but he did that and told me how many hours he spent doing that and talked it over with others in his group.
